Discovering the Hyuga- A neji fanfiction.

is this kidnapping ?

"YO Neji, who you got there?" The boy with the dog says. He's so musty and smelly 

I try being polite and say "I'm Tsubaki I'm from the sand" I smile innocently.

 The girl with the long blonde hair goes up to me "Hi! Im Ino Yamanaka, you're really gorgeous! It's a pleasure to meet you." 

I smile "You too!" She is so nice, I can't believe she called me beautiful when she looks like that.

"Let us introduce ourselves" the boy in the crop top suggests.

 "Kiba Inuzuka and this is Akamaru" says the boy holding his dog

"H-Hinata H-Hyu-uga " the girl with the long blue hair stutters.  So she's from Neji's Clan. I wonder if they're closely related.

"Shino Aburame " says the boy in the hood he brings a shiver up my spine in doing so

"Choji Akimichi" says the chubby boy

"Sai, nice to meet you" I nod and reply "Likewise from me to all of you" smiling. "Are any of you going to the jonin council tomorrow, I hear we have to discuss something very important " I ask 

"Nope we are all chunin" Choji says while eating a bag of sour cream and onion chips 

"Oh okay" i reply with not knowing what to say 

"I heard rumors that the masked guy from the Akatsuki is Madara Uchiha and he was declared war on all 5 great nations" Kiba blurts out.I bite my nails nervously

"I've heard that too, you see I was eavesdropping on Lady Tsunade and Shizune talking about it. They say we must create an alliance between the five great nations, formerly called "The Allied Shinobi Forces" meaning skilled jonin like Tsubaki and Temari will be staying here to help out." a voice behind us says

"Oh shikamaru and my sis" I say looking at Temari. I could feel the slight shock in their faces .

"What your sister is temari?! " kiba exclaims

"Im their adopted sister. My biology parents died when my clan was wiped out, I somehow survived." I say 

"What clan? If you don't mind me asking." Choji asks

"The Uchiha Clan, I was originally from this village." I reply

They all stare at me in shock. I can't blame them, the clan underwent the famous widespread massacre. 

"My mom was an Uchiha and my dad was from the Yamanaka clan like you Ino" I say 

I could feel Ino amused and neji too 

"Do you have sharingan " choji asks in awe

 "Yes and I awakened my mangekyo not too long ago" I reply

"Ino, I don't know if this a lot to ask but my grandma taught me mind transfer and mind destruction when I was younger can you help me master it sometime?" I ask 

"Sure, I would love to. We're going to get along so well" She replies

Neji coughs trying to get my attention. When I don't look his way he suddenly grabs my wrist. "You're pretty impressing Mrs. Tsubaki" I blush at the comment. I don't know why that comment gave me so much confidence and validation.

 "Piss off neji, and It's Ms to you. I don't have a man nor do I need one. " I say teasingly 

"But do you want one?" He asks me and it catches me off guard. 

"Maybe" I reply still startled by the question

We leave after talking to them for a while, the sun is setting now. Neji walks me to the little apartment where I will be staying at. 

"Ooo so this is where I'm staying at" I hum in pleasure 

" Hn" neji mumbles

 "Well thank you for everything Neji, you sure you don't wanna stay for a little bit?" I ask him out of politeness.

"Sure, I wanna look around the place."

We go inside to the kitchen where Temaris cooking something.

"Hey Sis, I'm back. I brought Neji with me. Is the food almost ready so I can feed him some as compensation for his kindness and courtesy towards me today" I say sarcastically and playfully

Neji rolls his eyes "Thank you for having me" 

"Yes, it is. Take a seat" She says smirking at me clearly looking amused at the circumstances.

 "What's this paper?" I ask looking down at a document laying on the kitchen table.

"Its a paper Lady Tsunade gave us. She said we have to write down every jutsu we possess" temari adds 

"Oh alright" I sit down and start writing 

Hm lets see: Medical ninjutsu (100 healings), Sharingan (including Mangekyo, Sussano , Amaterasu, Izanagi, Izanami) Lightning and wind style jutsus, sensory type ,Mind Transfer, Mind Destruction, and some extras.

Neji takes the paper from me and reads it as I'm trying to snatch it back. 

"This is really good Tsubaki, no wonder you're a Jonin"

"Did you really underestimate me Neji?" I ask in amusement

"Maybe, but I take it back now."

"Dinners ready, Ramen and Rice balls. By the way, you're cooking tomorrow Tsubaki" Temari says

I sigh "That's fair, thank you"

"Yeah thank you" Neji says "Can you even cook, you might give me poisoning or something"

"There you are, underestimating me again. I'll show you" I shoot back at him

"Okay, no need to get so worked up." I tell him

The three of us chat through dinner. I go walk him to the door.

"Even though you're a bit of a jerk, I enjoyed your company. I hope we can learn more about each other soon

"I feel the same way." Neji agrees. He grabs my hand and plants a soft kiss on it. "See you tomorrow" He replies afterwards.

"Yeah see you" I say clearly flustered. I might explode as he walks away from my door step into the darkness of the night.   What is this feeling? Is he just messing with me? Either way I gotta give it to him, he's very peculiar.

I walk back inside and let Temari know I'm gonna soak off.

I get in the bath and go deep in the hot water. The steam surrounds me with thoughts of him like how comforting his back is, like how he can be a real jerk, and as cold as an ice cube. He's okay though, I feel kind of drawn to him. 

I soak for about seven more minutes and then get out. Why is he on my mind so much? I just met him . It's probably just because I didn't have much friends back in the sand . Whatever I'm going to hit the hay, I'm exhausted .

- night passes and its 6:48 in the morning -

I wake up when I hear a knock on my window . It was Shikamaru. I nod when I know he saw me and quickly change into my ninja clothes (at the top) and head out. I start walking to the council with my arms behind my back.
