I'm fully healed from the wound, Treewind looks at my healed paw. He purrs, "Snowkit, your paw is healed! You may go outside and play." I was so happy that I get to leave the medicine cat den, it was so boring. I saw my mama waiting outside, my mama's face lit up when she saw me all okay. "Snowkit! My pretty kit, your paw is all healed! Now let me groom your fur so you can join your sister." Mama beamed. I sighed, why does she want to always groom me? Mama runs her tongue along my pelt, and up to my ears. I groaned, "mama, I just wanna play!! Not grooming!!" Mama's ocean blue eyes suddenly start to look like a angry alder who lost her kit to eat, and she hisses, "Snowkit, it is important to be beautiful in front of other kits and the whole clan. Even that ridiculous clan that a leader passes on to their oldest kit." I looked at mama, confused. I asked, "what's that 'ridiculous' clan?" Mama sighs "No time for questions, that clan is not allowed to be mentioned. Now go play Snowkit!" My ears went down, and I felt sadness in my throat. why does mama have to be so mean to me all the time since after the accident..? I shake that thought off. Mama is not mean, she is upset that I got hurt. She cares for me, and my sister Bunnykit. I run off, saw Bunnykit and Blossomkit. Blossomkit made a evil glare at me, like I totally mess up her everyday grooming. "Oh, it's that kit who is a weirdo and made her mama hate her so much! I have a game, we can play." Blossomkit teased, and I look at her with my heart beating fast. I asked, "What's the game?" Blossomkit laughs, "Startlekit, our game is chase the mouse. It's a simple game, you are the mouse, and I'm the warrior who is hunting the mouse." "Now run!!" I run as fast I can, I realized that Blossomkit is chasing me out of camp. I run so far, I couldn't see her. I tripped on a rock and felt myself fall in the river, I screamed "Ahhh!! Help me!!" But I felt a drag out of the river, I was put on land.. I saw those sun orange eyes looking at mine. He was a kit about my age, I trembled in the cold and I asked "Who are you?" He doesn't smell like my clan mates.. the Tom-kit meows "Hi I'm Orangekit, the next leader of Creekclan!" What next leader?! Is that ridiculous clan my mom talked about? I also saw a black she-cat, orangekit meows, "This is my mom, Hyacinthleap. She saved you, and we are gonna go back to your respective clan." I felt myself being picked up by the she-cat, I saw my camp coming closer. I saw that she-kit who chased me into the river! Blossomkit fake cries "Snowkit was acting trouble!! She started that game!! She wanted me to be chasing her. Please make her a medicine cat apprentice! Although she has a illness that can't be cured!" But Blossomkit saw orangekit, she looked shocked. Blossomkit meows, "Hello Orangekit, you caught her. Thank you!". "Blossomkit, she doesn't have the requirements to be a medicine cat. She is perfect for our warriors, you can't decide the rank she is gonna be."Our leader Lightstar explained.
