Your pov

"I'm glad you're okay Armin.." I say ti Armin. "I am glad to be here.. and lucky you I got hurt at the right time, otherwise you would most likely be alone right now in labor.." Armin says to me. He is right though, no doubt about that. It still really sucks that he got hurt bad enough where Levi told Eren to bring him back here. I look over to Eren who seems to be deep in thought. I wonder what he is thinking about right now. I look over to the clock and it says 3:43 in the afternoon. I look back to Eren and he's crying? "Eren whats wrong?" I ask him. He looks at me and then at the ground. "Whya if Armin didn't get injured.. you would be going through this alone.. without anyone.. without me." Eren says. I smile and reach my hand to his should and hold it. "Eren.. what matters is that you are here with me now, and that Armin is alive." I tell him. He clenches his jaw but then he nods. Suddenly another contraction happens even worse than the ones before and I scream at the top of my lungs and cry out. I wait for the moment that it ends, but it seems it's not going to end for a while. "Eren, she needs the epidural now.." Armin says to Eren and I continue to cry. "O-okay!" Eren says as he runs over to the cabinet.

Erens pov

I search through everything but I cannot find the epidural. "Armin it's not in here-!" I say as I turn around for any clue that would come my way. "Check the second cabinet them, it's not a normal thing though. It should have a thicker needle and tubing connected to the end that leads to the bag." He says to me and I turn back and look through the second cabinet. After throwing everything to the outside, I finally found what I was looking for and grabbed it. However, there was nothing in the bag. "Armin it's empty!" I say and almost immediately (y/n) screams again. Her screaming in pain is hurting me.. I feel bad. "You need to go in the mini fridge and find the bottle that says 'epidural' and then you fill the bag yourself.. hurry Eren, she really needs it." Armin says fast trying not to panic with my stupidity. I run to the mini fridge and open it up and search for the epidural. I find it after about a minute and I go next to Armin.

"Alright now open the bottle and the bag, fill it all the way up." Armin says. I do exactly what he says and then I wait for whats next. "Now go to (y/n) and help her sit up." He says. I walk over to (y/n) and help her sit up. She cries out in pain as she moves into the sitting position and I flinch. "Now take her shirt off, and in the middle of her spine, you need to insert the needle, make sure that you don't miss the spinal cord. Insert it slow as well." Armin explains. I take a deep breath after I help (y/n) take her top off. I use my index finger to trace her spine and stop in the middle. I take the needle and steady my hand from shaking and I slowly insert the needle as (y/n) gasps in pain. I get worried and stop. "Are you okay-" I try to ask her but Armin interrupts me. "Eren! You have to redo it now! Don't worry she will be fine!" He says and I look at (y/n) and she looks into my eyes and tries to smile a little to reassure me that she will be fine. I take the needle out and reposition it. I slowly insert the needle and once it's fully in, I take some tape to tape it in place so it doesn't move. I let out a sigh now that it's over.

"You're sweating so much Eren" (y/n) says to me as she laughs. "Yeah I'm nervous and don't know anything about this heheh. You should see yourself, you're drowning in sweat." I say back to her. She rolls her eyes at me. "Obviously, but help me lay down please.." She asks. I hold her back as I slowly lean her down into the bed. "Comfy?" I ask and she nods.

"Also Eren, you need to take her pants and underwear off. You never know when the baby is going to decide to come out." Armin says. I start to take off (y/n)'s pants and then her underwear. I then grab a sheet and cover her up so she's not exposed to anyone seeing her. "Now we should be ready for when the time comes." Armin says satisfied with his work. "Alright.. I have to go to the bathroom, I will be back soon guys." I say as I leave the infirmary to go to the bathroom.

Your pov

I watch as Eren leaves the infirmary running. "So he's in a hurry." I say as I turn my head over to Armin. He gives me a soft smile and laughs lightly. "You can't blame him, today is probably the day that your guys daughter is coming." Armin said to me. I let out a little sigh then. "Yeah, that is true.." I say. It was then quiet for a bit but then Armin broke the silence. "Also (y/n), if you're able to, try to take a nap. It might help." He says to me. "I don't think I am going to be able to. With how many contractions I'm having.. I don't know how anybody could sleep through them!" I say slightly laughing. "Yeah, that makes a good point there.. I wonder what it feels like." Armin says. "It feels like HELL." I say back to him. "Yeah, probably.." he says.

I'm sorry it took so long but my life's kinda rough obviously. I'm still homeless right now. So I am making the birth into 2 parts because I wanted to give you guys something since it's been a while! I am still writing this don't worry!
