Both Shin Yeon and Hyuk Jae were in state of coma for 2 years.
During that 2 years no one knew what actually happened. Based on the street cctv, it was seen that Hyuk jae took Shin Yeon arm and ran towards the road.
Hyuk Jae mum became apologetic and promise to pay Shin Yeon medical bills as well as not to appear infront of them anymore.
"Shin Yeon!" Screamed Hyuk Jae the moment he woke up from the state of coma.
His mum quickly called the doctor in.
"Where am i? Sorry who are you? What happened?" Hyuk Jae was so confused.
"Do you remember that you had an accident?" the doctor asked Hyuk Jae.
"I had an accident? What happened? Why am i here?" Hyuk Jae was more and more anxious.
After all the checkings, the doctor concluded that he had a concussion. He forgots everything including himself.
Hyuk Jae mum didn't mention anything about Shin Yeon and just let it past.
Days later, Hyuk Jae finally gets to discharge from the hospital. Hyuk Jae accepted his mum presence and his mum declared that from now onwards his name will be Eunhyuk and that they will be migrating to Canada.
On the day Eunhyuk was discharged from the hospital, Shin Yeon finally woke up from coma.
Unlike Eunhyuk, Shin Yeon remembers everything, except for the incident. She even remembers who Hyuk Jae was.
Days has passed, Shin Yeon finally asked her mum.
"Eomma, why Hyuk Jae didn't visit her?"
"Yeon-ah, while you were in coma, Hyuk Jae and his family migrated to further his studies overseas. I'm not sure where to" his mum lied the reason Hyuk Jae left.
"Hmm how could he. He promised to stay by my side forever and even enroll the same college and study music together" Shin Yeon murmured.
