In the living room, Marinette uses a French-to-Chinese translation app.

Marinette: You'll see Y/N and Tikki. I'll say it just fine.

She presses the microphone button on the app as you sigh knowing it will not work.

Marinette: Welcome to my home. My name is Marinette.

Translator app: 南非二军大国际货币基金组织到昆明

Midnight: This is gibberish by the way. like gsijfsinfm and stuff

Marinette repeats after the translator app, pronounces the sentence wrong.

Marinette: No, that's not right.

She repeats the translated statement and gets it correct.

Tikki: Good job Marinette!

Marinette: I'm so nervous! Do you think he'll like them?

You: Of course he'll like it. Just stay calm.

You said walking up to her patting her back.

Marinette: They can't be fine, they have to be perfect! My mom's uncle is a super famous Chinese chef. he's very particular, so things have to be just right.

Then suddenly the doorbell rings.

Marinette; That's him! Hide, Tikki.

The two kwamies hide as you two going to the door, Marinette trips over the back of her couch but you catch her before opening it.

Marinette attempts to greet her Great Uncle in Chinese.

Marinette: Ugh no wait. 

Marinette reaches for the phone and hands Wang Cheng the flowers, who smells them.

Marinette: Welcome to my home. My name is Marinette. Ugh, this is so lame.

She whispers shouted but the phone app malfunctions and keeps repeating 'ugh this is so lame!' However, it translates to 'Ugh this sucks' Until she closes the app and you sigh and decided to speak.

You: Hello, welcome to Dupain-Cheng's residence. I'm Y/N L/N-Cheng and this is my cousin Marinette Dupain-Cheng. Come in.

Marinette was shocked and she didn't know you could speak Chinese. You two let the great uncle inside the house. Marinette then asks.

Marinette; You can speak Chinese?!

She whispers shouted as you nod and grin.

You: Yep. I know all of the languages and I speak them just in case. Now I have to call Alya and then I have to meet my mom.

You went upstairs still grinning and calls Alya.
