To say Marinette was overwhelmed would be an understatement. She couldn't express the emotion coursing through her body. They were close to defeating hawkmoth, they've gathered every piece of evidence they could to get here, the final battle. Granted it took forever... but it was worth it.

Of course she didn't do this alone, oh goodness no, never would she have been able to this by herself. If it weren't for the emotional support and Adrien always staying by her side she'd me lost . Not to mention the courage he gave her. She'd probably talk herself out of calling the batboys if weren't for him. (Plus who can say no to those kitty eyes?)

Luckily they managed to get in contact with the batfam and request their "detective skills". And in a matter of 2 months, they'd gathered enough evidence to lead them yo Gabriel Agreste. It took a while for Adrien to process the fact that his father was reason for all this torture they've been through. But just like he was there for her, she was there for him every step of the way.

~4 weeks later~
The final battle was not a pretty one. The miraculous team were exhausted they were in charge of damage/civilian control.  They fought off multiple akumas to get the civilians to safety.  While Ladybug and Chat Noir fought hawkmoth from beginning to end. Once the civilians were out of danger and safely in the shelters. They rest of the miraculous team joined Ladybug and Chat Noir.

As Ladybug looked around her she took in her surroundings, and remembered a piece of advice she received from Alfred before left, ever the mise man. "Miss Marinette, this battle will be a life changing moment for you and you're team. When in battle you must remember this,- " she looked behind her to see her city,
" If they stand Behind you, give them Protection"
Then she looked at her sides and saw her team all ready to jump in at her command,
" If they stand Besides you, give them Respect "
Then she saw her kitty, her dorky sunshine, her best friend and brother,
"If they stand In front of you,  watch their back"
And lastly with the deadliest glare imaginable, she saw hawkmoth, with his scynical grin, and smirked when she recited the last line of the wisest advice she'd ever received,
"And if they stand Against you, Show them no mercy"

And that's EXACTLY what she did...

NO. MERCY.
