"The dark lord will come July 1st after your 16th birthday" His mother reminded him constantly

All Regulus wanted was to talk to Prim. He wanted to hold her in his arms, he wanted to hear her laugh and kiss her soft lips. But he had run out of chances

"Narcissa will come today" Mrs. Black told her and like she learn all she did was nod

Regulus hated how she didn't even want to look at him. He hated how he hurt her, before Prim he questioned he'd ever find someone he loved. How cruel life is he thought, he found someone he loved but couldn't have without hurting

"Kreacher is here to tell master that the girl has been crying, she walks by Kreacher at night and tears are on her face" Kreacher had entered his room

"Can you go out and buy her chocolate frogs please those are her favorite" He nodded and left

Prim saw Narcissa and understood why they all called her beautiful because she truly was

"Hello I'm Primrose Avery"

"Narcissa Malfoy so good to meet you" she smiled and took her to go get tea

As they sat they actually made conversation

"I always wanted to play quidditch but my mum never let me"

"My parents don't really like that I play either" she shrugged

"You remind me a lot of someone" Narcissa had always seen it

"All your family has told me I reminded them too much of Sirius"

"I can see that but no my sister Andy, Andromeda" That's the real reason Narcissa wanted to spend time with her, she gave her a piece of her sister

"everyone compares me to their disowned siblings" Prim chuckled

Prim enjoyed tea with her but still never wanted to live her life. She was a stay at home wife to a death eater but once she had dreams and hopes.

"What do you think I should get Regulus for his birthday?" she asked Prim as they walked around

"I don't really know Regulus that well" she lied she knew him better than anyone

For some reason she landed on buying his "Skin drops" which was meant for people with large scars to cover it up

Once it was time for dinner they both went back to grimmauld place

Narcissa's husband was a cold man with a very stern face that slightly intimidated Prim and was a creep who grabbed her waist as he walked by

"Felt like I haven't talked to you in ages"

Regulus late at night wanted her to respond he was scared what it would mean if she didn't. But for an hour she did not respond and he knew she wouldn't.
Until he heard footsteps outside his door and got up right away

"What're you doing Prim" she was sneaking back into her room

"I was out eating chocolate frogs with Kreacher" she embarrassingly admitted

In a second Regulus placed a kiss on her lips

"Friends don't do this Regulus" she went inside her room leaving him in the hall

He had two clear options. The first was to walk away and finally rid himself of Prim, complete his duty to the noble house of Black. The second was to go after her.

He choose the second when he opened her door

"Regulus get out" she stood with her arms crossed

"No" he closed the door behind him

"I don't want to talk to you i'm honestly pretty fucking tired of your shit"

"Prim could you just let me talk"

"No I can't, you're full of shit it's like everything you say is a fucking lie. You promise me forever and then treat me like rubbish, you literally made an unbreakable vow with me and say we're just friends" she was now furious

"So go I don't want to hear what you have to say i'm tired of your words meaning nothing so leave" She now pushed him

"Leave and dont come back, leave and go find another friend to toy with because you don't deserve all the fucking chances i've given your sorry arse"

"And you know what Regulus..."

He stopped her words "I love you Prim"

She shut up right away

"Its not just that, i'm deeply in love with you"

"You're just saying that" she walked away from him

"Prim I have loved you ever since i've known you"

She turned around and their eyes met

"See Prim I love you so much that I don't even care if you love me back or not" He cupped her face

"We'll live forever Regulus" she threw her hands around his neck and kissed him

Prim was the one who broke away the kiss but stayed standing in his arms

"Forever Prim" he kissed her lips once more

All of June things were perfect between them, they stole kisses behind his mother's back and secret winks at the dinner table it was teenage summer love.

"What do you want for your birthday" She asked as they laid naked on her bed

"This" he rolled back on top of her starting to kiss her neck

"Regulus i'm being serious" she laughed

"Dunno mums throwing me a stupid party"

"Wait you never told me it was a party you said dinner" She started to panic

"Dinner, party all the same" he laid back down next to her

"Do I have to go?" She already started dreading it

"Yes my love you do"

"Are you ever going to tell your mum about us?"

"Prim if people knew about us that's going to put you in danger"

"And why is that"

"I don't want to talk about that right now"

"Right now or ever?" She rolled her eyes

"Such a smart arse"

"You're taking he-who-must-not-be-named side on this war aren't you" Prim wasn't stupid she could work that much out herself

He nodded

"So by danger you mean he'll use me to hurt you if you don't do as he says" she understood how serious this was

"Prim I understand if you don't want to do this anymore, I know how full of good you are and I could never ask you to side with us"

"It's not going to be easy, it's going to be really hard, we're going to have to work at this every day, but I want to do that because I want you. I want all of you, you and me, forever"

"I will never let anyone hurt you Primrose"
