It had to be you

Date night

We reach this really nice and cozy restaurant and everything has so far been really good. We end up ordering some delicious food with wine and we start talking. This date has pretty much been pretty friendly and overall very nice. We continue to talk about random things and and we're basically just having a good time together. We talk about how it's weird that nothing has really happened in the magic dimension. I mean usually it would be filled with missions to complete and we would also have to save the world. Nothing really big has happened recently. I honestly miss those days, but at the same time it's also nice that we finally get some type of break.

I'm still quite shocked that Riven asked me to go out on a date with him tonight. I mean he does show that he likes me and he's done that in the past as well but it's a lot different this time. We don't fight or argue that often anymore, like at. He also seems to handle both his jealousy and his anger pretty well compared to how he would before. He really has changed for the better.

After being in the restaurant for around two hours we finally decided to head back. Riven got on his wind rider and I sat right behind him while holding onto him tightly.
After driving for a bit, I noticed that we were heading towards the wrong direction.

- "Uhm Riven? I think you're driving towards the wrong direction" I say while being completely confused

- "Don't worry about it Muse, we are heading to the beach nearby"

- "Isn't it a bit late? No one is usually at the beach at this time"

- "Well that's kinda the point, but I could turn back if you want to head back to the palace instead"

- "Oh you don't have to do that, the beach sounds nice"

- "Are you sure?"

- "Yes, it sounds pretty romantic actually"

We continue to drive towards the beach and we finally reach it after a couple of minutes. We both get off of the wind rider and we decide to take a walk by the beautiful beach. Everything feels really nice and almost surreal. I notice how Riven takes my hand and holds it tightly.
These couple of days have been really nice and everything seems to go on pretty smoothly between us. Even if it might be going a bit too fast I still don't quite feel like it is since we've been together before and we both seem to be  in love with each other, at least that's what I think. This whole week has honestly felt like a dream coming through. I never knew how much I've actually missed him until he finally showed up that day.

- "Want to lay down on the sand with me?" I say cheerfully

- "Of course" he answers

We quickly lay on the beach together right next to each other and continue to talk and that's when Riven suddenly says:

- "I've been meaning to talk to you about something for a while now"

- "Oh, what is it?" I reply

- "Well, I kinda think we should talk about us"

I don't know why, but I really don't really feel like talking about us. This day has been too good and I don't want any of us to possibly ruin it.

- "Can we talk about us tomorrow instead?"

- "I mean yeah sure, I just thought that it was a good time to talk about it now"

- "Oh yeah of course, I get it. I just want to spend time with you and enjoy this day"

Before I let him even answer me or say anything else, I quickly pull him in for a kiss.

- "I want you"

He looks at me quite surprised but then he starts kisses me back. We lay there in the sand together, kissing, and this moment felt absolutely perfect. Almost too perfect, as if it was a dream. He then suddenly flips me on my back so that he is now on top of me. As we continue to kiss, he grabs me by my waist and gently and pulls me up so that my back is not on the sand anymore. I then wrap my arms around his neck and put one of my hand in his beautiful hair. I gently touch his soft magenta hair and he continues to kiss me. He then starts kissing me down my neck and
I start to touch his big and strong muscles.
Gosh they feel so nice, he has definitely become a lot stronger. I can't take my eyes off of him, everything about him is beautiful. His hair, his lips, his eyes, his smile, literally everything. He then looks deeply into my eyes and that's when he says it.

- "I love you Musa"
