I figured I should make time to talk about why I introduced a World Government to the world of My Hero Academia? The same can be asked for Tenshi but the World Government is special because it completes the circle. Shiro is this outside force who is hunting Izuku. Shiro is a driving force that Izuku doesn't see and he presents a separate threat but yet he is connected with Izuku.
Starting off with the mention of the "Arctic Incident" This is mentioned by Shiro and it is important to look for. The Arctic Incident is the catalyst for Shiro's actions. It is his beginning, to relate to Izuku his sports festival. Now the Arctic Incident is a book i want to make but I am going to wait until the series is over.
Now the World Government itself is society personified while they aren't in direct control they still hold power over all of the nations. This is the dystopia aspect I was really looking for while creating the World Government.
Now more information will be revealed in later volumes however for now this information should connect some of the dots that I have placed in the course of the series.
