🖤Bakugo x Mute!Reader

A story in which Bakugo would like to know this girl who is mute in his class.

Reader-chan uses sign language.

Quirk: Levitate - a quirk which is close to Gravity but is not. You can float and stuff but it doesn't last long. You can only levitate things for 10 minutes before you could levitate another object.

You walked slowly towards class 1-A. As soon as you walked through the door, you could hear loud popping sounds from what do you know, its Bakugo. He was yelling at Deku who was nervously smiling, hoping to NOT die. You shook your head and headed to your seat, which was coincidently placed behind Bakugo. The thing is, you have a crush on him but he has never once noticed you. This made your heart ache a little bit, but time passes on. You could hear all of the chatter the other students where making, but you got out a journal and started to sketch. It seemed like forever until Aizawa came in and started class, which was battle maneuvers, again.

Once on the field, you were partnered with Ochaco Uraraka, which had a similar quirk to yours. Coincidental? I think not. You thought to yourself. You spent the most class hour going over maneuvers that Aizawa told you to do based on the previous day when you learned them. You weren't at all that interested, until you switched partners, which is surprising. Aizawa never switches in between rounds, is he okay? You thought. While trying to find a partner though, a hand was gently placed on your shoulder. You jumped slightly and turned around to face the person behind you.

It was Bakugo.

Bakugo had picked up sign when he heard that there had been a new student in their class, replacing Mineta who had decided to move to a different school. He actually thought that a boy would be taking Mineta's place but to his surprise, it was a female, and she was mute. He actually wanted to hear your voice, to see if it was as pretty as he imagined it.

"Aizawa told me that we were partners." Bakugo grunted.

You blinked your eyes in surprise. You were never partnered with Bakugo and it was strange because your quirks were too different. You shrugged it off and....hell began.

Once Aizawa decided that their training was finished, the class headed headed back to the classroom. The previous week before, Aizawa had told them that a hero was going to help them improve their quirk, somehow. When you were told this you were scared, since your mother was a pro hero and she went to many schools to help kids. When you entered the classroom....

"Hello there! What may your name be?"

"Oh, I'm Ejiro Kirishima!"

Your mother was talking to every single student walking through the door. When you came through the door she asked.
"What is your name?" knowing DAMN well she already knew who you were. You were trembling. Your knees buckled and you tried to stay focused, but that was hard since your terrified.

Your mother looked confused. You talk a little bit at home but rarely used sign. You still looked terrified, Bakugo noticed that since he was behind you.

"Her names Y/N, that's what she said." Bakugo grunted.

You jumped slightly, your cheeks dusting a light pink. You looked at Bakugo who was looking at your mom.

"Oh, thank you young man. What is-"

"Why are you even asking for our names, its not necessary. Maybe some of these extras don't feel comfortable."

You were shocked, no one ever stood up to your mother. Before thing get heated you had to say something.

You nodded. He started to get angry.

You opened your mouth to speak, desperate for someone to talk to but you shut completely afterwards, not wanting people to hear you voice.

You headed to your seat and so did Bakugo.

"What was that about?" Jiro whispered to Bakugo when he was seated.

"None of your damn business." Bakugo grunted.

Time seemed to fly by, then class was over. You immediately yeeted yourself out of there, and when you were in the hallway, you wanted to wait for Bakugo but then you thought that your mother was going to find you, so you immediately headed to the roof.

When you heard the roof door open, you looked to make sure it was Bakugo. You were correct. He walked toward you and sat by you. He looked at you partially irritated and partially sypmethetic.

"Are you going to tell me what happened." Bakugo said.

You nodded. " M-My mom....she....made me p-push myself to her expectations a-and when I didn't do as she told...she would....beat me until...I-I couldn't stand..."

Tears rolled down your cheeks as you remember those "fond" memories. Bakugo was not only shocked by what your mother has done, but he was shocked that you spoke. You felt an arm snake around your waist and you were pulled into a hug. Wait...was this Bakugo? Your cheeks were a bright pink as you cried into Bakugo's chest, and Bakugo just took it in, knowing he can't be rough with you. Then out of a sudden train of thought, he had an idea that made his face flush and wanted to shoot the idea down, but it happened out of instinct. He released you from the hug a little bit and kissed you softly. Utterly shocked by the action, your hands shot to his shoulders, but you got used to it and kissed back. The sunset began a few moments later, and you decided to tell.your mother, you had a boyfriend.
