"Penny!" Aliyah beamed after opening the door "How are you? Do you need anything? Are you thirsty? I can go get you-" Aliyah tries to ask a thousand questions but I cut her off.
"I'm okay Aliyah just sad." I reassured signing and feeling the tears build up.
"Oh, love!" Aliyah comforted me by hugging me and I just let all my tears out knowing my parents left me for no reason.
"I'm scared, Aliyah." I sob into her shoulder.
"It's okay to be scared, love." Aliyah soothed me with her sweet voice. (TIMESKIP BROUGHT TO YOU BY KRISTY BEING BOSSY)
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK
"I'll go and get that," Aliyah says and gets up I hear her talking to someone.
"PENNY COME HERE!" Aliyah yells towards me
"Coming!" I say and sigh running to the door and seeing a shorter girl with braids
"This is my friend mary-anne!" Aliyah grins
"Hi!" I half-smile feeling awkward
"Hey! So you and Aliyah are friends if so we need two more people for our organization!" Mary-anne beams
"Oh my gosh! Really? I would love to and Penny needs more people to hang out with, well if she wants to of course-" Aliyah tries to ramble but I cut her off with a
"Sure I'll hang out with you guys but ill need to know what the organization is." I smiled
"Okay here's the address come there tomorrow we'll explain later!" Mary-Anne beams and runs off to her own house
"Aint she sweet?" Aliyah cooed
"Yeah, do you know everyone else she's friends with?" I ask confused
"No only Kristy, she is kinda bossy and rude sometimes." Aliyah sighs "Oh well, we've already agreed to it." I sigh wanting to just eat some dinner and go to bed.
