When I see Him

First day back

A/n~ I'm gonna skip to the first day back and the first day of school of year two.

Y/n Pov:

Hogwarts starts tomorrow and I haven't seen Cedric all summer I'm excited to see him. We haven't really talked much since summer started. But we see each other tomorrow. I've been thinking about Cedric all summer I don't know if he feels the same way. We've only known each other for a year but I said
ly like him. If I tell him it might end up ruining our friendship or it might make us more than friends. It's really hard to keep this from him we tell each other everything.

Cedric Pov:

I see y/n in about an hour. I'm really nervous I might tell her how I feel today. But it might ruin everything. I can't lose y/n she's my only real friend. It might end up ruining our friendship or she might feel the same way. I can't stop thinking about her everything about her is cute. Her e/c eyes her h/c hair her smile the way she talks the way she walks. She might feel the same way about me but she might not. I might not tell her how I feel. I don't know what to do. We haven't talked much all summer. We've sent each other owls every now and then. But I haven't seen her since summer started I kept thinking I saw her in Diagon Alley but it's never really her. Were in the same house so I might be able to talk to her.

Y/n Pov:

I see Cedric in a couple minutes. I'm excited but I'm still debating on wether or not to tell him how I feel about him. Everything about him and everything he does is adorable. The way he walks and talks. I don't think I'm gonna tell him today or this year. I might tell him in the third year. Maybe by then he'll feel the same way.

Cedric Pov:

I looked out the window to see parents waving bye to their children. I looked back over to see y/n sitting across from me. She was staring out the window he mind to be buzzing with thoughts. I cleared my throat. Her head shot towards my direction. "Hey y/n so um...uh...what's on your mind" I awkwardly said

Y/n Pov:

My mind was buzzing with thoughts of how to tell Cedric I liked him or if I should even tell him. When the sound of him clearing his throat interrupted my thoughts. I shot my head towards him a little too quickly. "Hey y/n so um...uh...what's on your mind" he said. I hesitated to answer because I didn't want to tell him. I came up with a lie quickly "Nothing just wondering about my new classes this year." Cedric nodded.

Cedric Pov:

I didn't quite believe her. "So are you excited for your classes this year" y/n said "Yeah what about you" I replied quickly "Yeah I am too" We just talked about quidditch and Hogwarts the rest of the train ride there.

Y/n Pov:

We finally arrived at Hogwarts after a long train ride. When we got there me and Cedric went and sat down at the Hufflepuff table. Once the Sorting began me and Cedric just sat there and watched all the kids get sorted.

Cedric Pov:

The sorting had finally ended and the feast had begun and I noticed that y/n wasn't really eating.
"What's wrong y/n" I said "Just think about some stuff" she responded "You should eat something before the feast ends" I said "Yeah your right" she said. Then she started to eat finally. Then we both had finished eating and headed to the Hufflepuff common room.
