Four had started to notice how weird X was becoming towards a certain contestant,O/n,X would become very touchy and possessive over O/n for no reason. Four played it off as a small crush or X being overly friendly. Sure the contestant-Co-Host dynamic wasn't the healthiest but X would get over it soon

It was so much more than that

X had their eyes set on you the moment you talked to them, it was only awkward small talk but that was enough to make them fall for you. Your voice, the way you act,Everything! 

Four even got in on this, making the challenges confusing so that O/n would talk to X. Making X flustered and slur his words a bit, O/n didn't find this cute but found it annoying! They were here to win not to play whatever game X has and Four wasn't helping! Four would just say "Go talk to X" and the contestants were just as confused as you and kept avoiding you(Thanks to Four) so you decided to go confront Four about it,cause it's not like you could talk to X.

"Hey Four!" You yelled as you walked towards them

Four looked at you

"If you have a question go ask-"

"I can't even talk to X! plus,it's about them anyway"

Four sighed "Fine, what is it?"

"What's wrong with X? Why are they acting so...so weird?! I can barely hear them, they always want to be near me, I can barely talk to anyone about it cause they avoid me or X shoos them away! They steal my stuff and refuse to give it back! god I hate that they do that!"

Four was shocked to hear that, you were never the type to get mad so this whole situation must've really gotten on your nerves.

"Have tried talking to them about it?"

O/n looked Four right in the eyes

"YES! but they don't listen"

This once again shocked Four as X was never the type to not take someone else's feelings into consideration. What HAS X been doing?

"I'll talk to them about it later"

"Thanks I guess" O/n said before walking off

The challenge was simple obstacle course, this should give Four enough time to talk to X

"Hey, X" Four said

"What's up with the challenge? I thought it was supposed to be complicated!" X asked, confused

Four ignored the question "I talked to O/n and they said that you've been harassing them, what's up with you?"

"You talked to O/n?"

"Answer the question!" Four was annoyed

"I like O/n" X became flustered and started to mess around with their fingers

Four knew that it had to be something more this wasn't love, it was obsession or something close to that. Either way it was unhealthy.

"Well O/n doesn't like you back" Four couldn't just sugarcoat it! Maybe X would snap out of their little trance

X looked at their feet "They do! They just have a hard time showing it!" Almost everyone liked X! So O/n did to...Right?
