In a world such as ours, there are ONLY 2 sides of this coin called Life. And that's weak and the strong are sometimes known as kill or be killed— nothing less, nothing more. The best way to be on the winning side is to be strong. So you could bet that Bakugou and his gang are winners. His 'elite' team against the world surely is the most fitting for this dog-eat-dog world and Bakugou knew it.

To keep winning, he kept a set of rules called 'The Law,' not too long. Just something to keep everyone in check, even Bakugou himself.

The Law:
1. Everything must go through Bakugou then Iida
2. No attacking innocent people or risking their/your life
3. No snitching/betraying
4. Protect each other and our territory
5. Mind your business
6. You can't leave unless you get jumped out.

If anything needs to be added, then others are allowed to suggest it during meetings.

Bakugou sat in the meeting room, at the head of the table. The meeting room was large and white, with exquisite paintings hung on the wall. the palm of his hand resting under his chin as he blankly stared at the others. Bakugou is a hot-headed person, but he's strong-willed, although he moves a bit too carelessly, he's a great leader. Bakugou is 19, making him the youngest gang leader in Japan.

Everyone was chatting with each other, sharing profitable ideas. Iida, the advisor, and bookkeeper began shushing everyone. "One at a time!" Iida exclaimed, his voice filling the room, arm stiffly moving up and down. Tenya Iida is one of the oldest people here, age 22. He's a strong, assertive man, he speaks loud and clear when he needs to. He's all about respect and order, and Bakugou likes that.

"Okay," Mina a recruiter, street soldier, and spotter raised her voice as well. It was more from excitement than trying to assert dominance. "I'll go first!"

Ashido Mina is a sociable and energetic girl. One of the youngest out of the bunch, being 18 years old. She's loud too but all for the wrong reasons. Even though she's a bit of an airhead, she's great at obeying orders. If Bakugou needs someone, Mina and her group get them.

"This isn't a meeting for recommendations, shut up and sit down" Bakugou snarled. Mina huffed and slumped in her seat and sighed. "Whatever—" she mumbled. "Please hold your suggestions for the next meeting," Yaoyorozu, leader of the political organization, stated. Her tone was bittersweet, as a mother still being nice to her misbehaving child.

Momo Yaoyorozu, some cliché rich girl gone bad act. You'd think that if your parents were billionaires you'd have everything you want. It's true, but what's the excitement of having everything you want? Vacations? Big houses? Nice cars? Anyone can have those things but so what? Money holds power! And that's why Bakugou keeps Yaoyorozu around.

She's a quiet girl, keeps to herself, never bothers anyone. But if you bother her, her words become venom. Poisoning your body until you die... She's one of the oldest, age 21.

The chatter continued for a bit longer until Bakugou became impatient. "Mina, Where is the guy?" He asked, his eyes staring into hers.

"Wait we're doing this now? I thought we were gonna discuss what to do to him. Plus we have recruits to meet." Iida said, frantically. He watched as Bakugou stood up, along with the other 6 or 7 people at the table. "Yeah, well, I'm bored. And everyone here talks too much." Bakugou shoved his hand into his pockets and tilted his head back.
