What dragged her toward her biggest nightmare was the warmth of a mother's embrace.
Her small fingers curled up tighter around his large ones as they walked into darkness. Kneeling in front of her, his eyes grew darker revealing their true shade. Her tear brimming eyes looked at him,"I want to go home..it's scary here." "Don't you want to meet your mommy?" "N-no, I want to go home..I'm scared..." "Don't worry, we will go home soon. Do you want some candies?"
She shaked her head frantically and screamed,"I want home...home!!!"
"Ok.. but you will have to sleep first" She was about to plead for her home once again but his dark eyes scared her. His eyes were darker than the dark room itself.
She was scared. So, she slept...to her worst nightmare. And her screams vanished in the noise of trumpets of the devil's victory.
