Another way I would describe depression is that it is like a black hole. Once you are sucked into this black hole there is no escape...you keep going round and round in circles, not being able to change anything. Every time you do try and change things(escape this black hole) you just get sucked in again and this cycle keeps repeating itself. You feel hopeless. Empty. Worthless. Depressed. These feelings don't go away as you keep surrounding yourself with negative thoughts.

You don't have to feel like this. Believe me or not, there is an escape. You can break through by realising you do matter, you are strong, there is hope. By doing this you can shine your way out of this black hole and live life how you should.
