Way 1: Box

The first way I would describe depression is that you feel as if you're in a box. Every time you look up you see nothing that is worth living for. You feel just as empty on the inside as this box. There is no one at the top to help you out. With the supplies life has given you, you try and build a ladder. Every time you try to climb your ladder it snaps. You try again and again but the higher you climb, the harder you fall. You keep getting the strength to keep trying until one day you just lose every will you ever had to do it once more. You just give up and lay there doing nothing until one day you just die out, and you can leave this empty box. You can leave the loneliness, the sadness and you can finally get away from the depression.
...
There is something you can do to prevent this. You can make the ladder stronger by checking everything is where it's meant to be. Make sure everything is perfect before you start to climb. This way you will never fall or lose trust, you can avoid this depression, and you can finally get out and see the world how you're supposed to.
....
I am always here to talk to anyone who is feeling like this. Message me and leave comment, thank you☺️
