Train Compartment

"LEXI, Oh my goodness, how are you?" One your best friends Fred Weasley says running to you as you arrive at platform 9 and 3/4. "I'm great Freddie, how was your summer?" Alexa says hugging him tightly. He takes her hand as they wonder there way through the crowd and onto the Hogwarts Express. "Well you know just as interesting as the last, as in not very eventful." He says with a low chuckle. "Well... if I had any say in that, sounds very eventful." Alexa rebuttals. " Here is the only compartment left lets go, George should be here with Lee any minute." George and Lee were like brothers to Alexa. But with Fred she had always felt something diffrent, she got butterflies anytime their eyes met, making her melt like a popcicle on a hot summer day. Just as she was sitting down the train had begun to move and the two boys she had been waiting to see all summer at opened the sliding door and walked in. "Lee, George, ugh why do you have to sit with us!" Alexa jokes hugging the boys. "Well Lexi maybe your just being rude because you fancy Fred and want to snog him?" George questions with a smirk sitting across from you and Lee. She pulls out her favorite muggle book thaat she had read multipule times before. -The Diary of Anne Frank- How could anyone just trap a young girl just because of her religon. She thought to herself, this isnt right i wish i could have helped her. Alexa began to feel down and just stared out the window saying nothing. " Hey Lexi, are you alright?" Fred asks switching seats with Lee Jordan. "You know I have no clue." She replys as Fred takes her hand in his. " Come with me I want to show you something." He smiles and stands up gestering Alexa to go with him. " We will be back guys don't blow anything up, please?" Alexa looked at George and Lee with pleading eyes before giggling and walking away with Fred. " May I ask where are we going?" She asks as they weve their ways through the people in hallways talking. " Well Little bug, we are going some place scecret so it would have unethical to tell you, now wouldn't it?" He whispers in her ear with a low chuckle. Fred pulls her into an empty compartment in the far back of the train. Looking out the window Alexa realized just how magical the view is. Large grassy groves, bushes, and huge green trees. Shallow streams, lakes, and beautiful flowers." H-How have I never seen this before?" She asked stuttering her words out as she stares in complete amazment. " It's always been here Lexi." He smiles looking down at her. He had always felt something for her, more then only friends, he never liked to admit it because he felt people would think weirdly of him. But truth be told he loved her, he always had since the day she walked off of hogwarts express into the Great Hall. The moment she sat of the seat and sorted into Ravenclaw. He just knew in those short moments that he loved her. " Hey Freddie can I, umm talk to you?" In that moment he paniced and kissed her. He quickly pulled away. " I- I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that.. I'm really sorr-" He says in a painic before being cut off by Alexa's finger to his lips as if telling him to 'shh' " Shut up and kiss me Freddie." Alexa says with confidence. Wrappign her hands around his neck and pulling him down to her level and kissing him deeply, he kisses back.

Freds P.O.V.

'HOW THE BLOODY HELL IS THIS HAPPENING!' I think to myself as I kiss her back. I Love everything about her. Her hair, her smile, her amazing silver eyes. Slowly I began to reach my hand to grab hers lightly running my hand over her forearm feeling her tence up I run my hand over it again feeling a texture of what could only be a large scar or multipule small cuts rising from her skin. " Aleaxa what is that?" I ask as i slightly pull away looking her in her beautiful eyes. Tears formed slowly in her eyes not daring to let them fall she attepmts to blink them away, one falls and usign the pad of my thumb bringing it to her face wiping away the tear and cupping her face. She put her and over mine grasping it and taking it off her face and putting it on her forearm allowing me to feel the scars. She slightly pulled up the sleeve of her baby blue longsleeve tutrle neck shirt and a few more tears fall from her eyes she formed a small yet seemingly fake smile on her lips. Her left forearm was covered about half way with small scars and cuts that looked slightly more fresh maybe 2 or 3 days old. " Alexa.." I say my voice slightly breaking at the end before pulling her into a tight hug. " Who hurt you?" I ask her still holding her in the tight embrace for a few minutes but what felt like hours, I wished we could have stayed like that forever. She moved away looking paniced and just ran out with out syaing anything. I called after her a few times but she didn't turn around or say anything she just kept running.

Alexa's P.O.V.

' How could I let anyone see the scars, Esspecially him. Oh my god he's gonna think i did it he's going to think I cut myself, he's going to hate me or her's going to tell everyone how depressed I am when non of thats true. I didn't cut myself. I never have and never will.' She thought to her self as the tears she so despratly tried to hold abck came flooding out like a sprinkler on a hot summer day. She ran into the train washroom and sat on the floor in a stall and cried. Soon her crys went from small and hardy noticeable sobs, became loud screaming sobs that everyone could hear. how could she let this happen she is going to be exposed. " Maybe I should just jump off the Astronmy tower, yes thats it this will work I'll jump off the tallest tower I can find the emberassment will go away." Just as she thought it vouldnt get any worse she heard Freds' voice from the other side of the stall door. " D- Darling are you alright, I'm sorry if I said something that hurt you." He says with a genuine apology tone in his voice. She slowly and carfully opened the stall door her head hanging low. " I-I should be the one who's sorry Fred, sorry for not telling you the truth." Her voice was shaky and breaking almost like she was really hurting. "Fred there's things you don't know about me. Come with me an dill tell you when we get to school" She smiled and nodded to Fred. He nodded back hugging her tightly. " I'm still sorry though." Fred whispers before pulling out of her arms. He takes her hand and guides her back to their train compartment  " Hey guys, sorry for taking so long we were trying to find the trolly, but we must have missed it." Fred jokes making Alexa blush a slight tone of crimson. " Heyyyyy Alexa, are you blushing?" George jokes causing her to blush even worse. " Stop George!" Fred says hitting his brothers arm with anger. George looks at him with confusion opening his mouth as if he wanted to say something. " You know what, never mind, I don't think I want to know." he says and looks back out the window. " Lexi are you alright?" Lee asks softly in almost a whisper only she could hear. " Y-yeah why wouldn't I be?" She says trying to hide the fact she had been crying. " Well for starters your eyes are puffy, you have masscara under your eyes, and you keep sniffling. So let's try this again, are you okay?" Lee pressures. " Yes Lee I'm fine just leave it, bloody hell. Why do you have to be such a push over?" She replies angerly before getting up and storming out. " Alexa wait!" Fred calls after her. " WHAT?" She yells back. " Come here." Fred says opening his arms and pulling her into a tight embracing hug. " Thank you Fred." She says on the verge of tears. " Can we find a diffrent place to sit just me and you?" She asks only moving her head to look up at him still in his embrace. " Of course darling. " He smiles taking a deep breath not wanting to let go. Fred takes her hand leading her to an empty compartment where they sit for the rest of the trip. Sliently Alexa began to fall asleep laying her head on his shoulder and sleeping the rest of the way cuddled up aonle next to her best friend. She just knew this year was going to be diffrent before it even started.
