What's the definition of 'love'?
I mean, I know that the definition of 'love' is subjective and different to everyone, but Google defines it as an "intense feeling of deep affection". My definition of 'love' is the weird feeling you get when you around the people you love... Yes, I just used love as for describing what love is... Don't @ me.
Anyways, depending if you see the glass 'half empty' or 'half full', love can be a good entity or a bad entity. Let me explain, love can bring a whole community together and make friendships. Love has such a great impact on the world, if it's used right. There are so many people out there in the world who decide to abuse love and transform into a totally different connotation. It's so weird how love is a neutral entity and someone can make it into a good or bad entity.

I divert my eyes to the black Ibanez guitar that sits proudly on its stand. Ah, good ol' Black Rose, you've never failed me. Hmm. I wonder what time it is right now... I grab my phone out of my right pocket. Turning it on, my phone illuminates the numbers on its screen.
10:00 PM.
Jesus Christ, it's already 10 o'clock? I should probably go to bed since tomorrow is Monday. "God, I stan Monday's!", said no high school student ever. I really need to go to sleep.
"Have a good day, Lavender!" "You too, Mom. Love you!" Closing the car door, I stop for a moment to breathe in. I'm still freaking tired, ugh! Why does school have to start at 8:00? Why do I have to get here so early? Well, at least it's a new day... Let's see what will happen. I walk to the entrance of the school and I see Francesca Smith drinking Starbucks whilst sitting on the floor. Francesca was one of my school friends. We aren't really that close... She looked up when I had opened the door. "Hey Lavender!" she said, smiling at my presence. "Good morning, Fran." "I was just about to go outside..." Francesca said while standing up and dusting herself off. We started walking and having a conversation. "Francesca, hey!!" The voice belonged to one of Francesca's closer friends Cindy. Yeah, I think that's her name. Cindy was on the other side of the hall.
"Oh, Hi Cindy!"
"Can you help with something? I have a little dilemma!"
Cindy turned to me and said," I should probably go. I'll see you later, Lavender." She ran to Cindy before I could reply with," Yeah...You too." Someone would steal Francesca from me, so our conversations never got deep. I was fine with that. Like I said, we aren't that close. I decided to take a trip to my locker in total silence.

"Do I have to go to this God-awful school?" People always said I was a complainer. I couldn't care less. I couldn't stand that my mother was driving me to my new school. "Please watch your language." My mom is doesn't really care if I cuss; but she gets upset whenever I use the Lord's name in vain. I guess I forgot about that, oops. "Mom, I feel sooo sick!" I said while making puking sound effects. "Honey, you're being so dramatic." My mom sighed. People always called me dramatic, but I don't know why... Can you sense my sarcasm? Anyways, I'm super duper fucking exciting to be going to a new school; even more since this is like the 3rd school in the same year!
Yet again, can you sense my sarcasm?
"Mom, do I really have to go to this school?" As always, I started to complain again. "Honey, yes. Yes you do have to go this school. Dad and I want you to have a good education and to have a good education, you need to go to school." I could sense by her melancholy-like tone that she was tired. I already knew that my anxiety was going to be a bitch today. I get really pissy when things don't go my way. Don't get it twisted, I'm not spoiled, it's just that I can't control myself whenever I get moody. I'm just a moody teenager, who would have known? The car had abruptly stopped. I looked up and I saw the God-awful fucking school that I don't want to be in. I'm really fucking annoyed right now, fuck. "Love you, honey!" "Ditto." I said while slamming the door shut.
I need to calm down. I slowly walked inside the entrance. I don't even know where the fuck anything is. My enrollment to this school was very last minute; it's somewhat of a miracle that they actually accepted me that late. I started walking aimlessly and I saw civilization. I hate people. They fucking irritate me. Some students didn't really notice me, which is good. I walked pass the hall and all I saw were lockers. There was no one here. I decided to sit on the floor and take in breathes. I'm really bored... Hmm... That's when I remembered that I had a fully functional phone at the grasp of my fingertips.
What a good way to pass time.
I was playing an interesting game of Doodle Jump when I felt as if I wasn't the only one that was breathing air in this hallway. I looked up and I saw the face of a light skinned- dirty-blonde haired girl. Her face had features of a faint dimple on the right side of her cheek and her eyes were a shade of blue. I was a bit vexed that this girl was right in my face. Well at least, it's not a whole crowd of people. "I don't think I've seen you around here." Her soft soothing voice had surprised me.
"Well, don't a lot of people come here?" I asked her rhetorically. "No, not really. You must be new here, then." She smiled and giggled. I rolled my eyes at her remark. "You're pretty silent, sir." "And you're pretty noisy, ma'am." I mocked her perfectly. Did I mention that I do this thing where I mock and repeat what people say? I find it pretty amusing...
"Hey! Don't mock me." The girl, who I didn't even know her name, was pretty upset by this. I felt kind of bad that I had made her upset. "Oh... I'm sorry. I just do that sometimes." "Apology accepted. My name's Lavender, by the way." Lavender? I like it. It has some sort of a nice vibe to it. "Oh, I'm Damien."
In the corner of my eyes, I saw that a fairly tall boy was walking towards us. "Ugh, Bobby Joe." Lavender chimed. The boy with light brown haired had a snarky look on his face. "Hey emo, you should probably stay away from her. She's a whore." Bobby Joe was referring to Lavender. That caught me off guard. "Jesus Christ, for the millionth time, I'm not a whore." "Yes, you are Lavenwhore. You're the biggest whore I've ever seen!" This boy is pissing me off. "Hey, little fucker, back the fuck down." I said very angry. "Shut the hell up, you emo." Bobby Joe walked away from us. What a fucking asshat. "Ugh, the nerves of some people." I muttered under my breathe. "Thank you for saying that to him. Bobby Joe is one of those guys who everyone doesn't really like. He's really mean to a lot of us. It's sucks!" She was a bit flustered. After taking a breathe, Lavender said to me," Since you're new here, we should see what your schedule is." "Oh yeah, I guess so."
"Follow me."
And that's when I followed the girl who would change my life forever.
