In this book, I will be reviewing and recommending books. Before I do that, though, I need to explain the rules.
I noticed that most people have a grading system when reviewing, I will not be doing that.
1. Reviewing:
I will NOT review 18+ or mature contented books. (Cursing and romance is fine though)
Some of the things I will be paying attention to is:
- Grammar: I will be checking for grammar mistakes (don't be too harsh on yourself, though, because I won't be trying to perfect your story).
- Spelling: I will correct spelling mistakes but again, don't be too harsh
- Characters: Does their personality match their actions? Character development, etc.
- Introduction to story: How was your story introduced? Was your introduction interesting?
- Description: Was your description informative? Did it give too much about the story away? (If I thought your description could be improved then I may suggest another way of writing it)
- PoV: Are you switching PoV's too often? How many Pov's are you sharing?
- Extra: Did your story go with what the genre is? Is the word count a normal amount for the type of story (only if you want me to)?
