Lash, a newly-made senior and captain of the softball team, was always known as the "socially active" type. Whenever she passed someone, she'd say hi and create a secret handshake with them. she practically had a secret handshake with everyone at her Highschool. But when she passed Cassidie, she felt an instant connection. A connection that could not grow with a secret handshake. Through hard and through happy times, will Lash and Cassidie be there for each other; even beyond friendship?
Ok, so, let me point out how this is an example of a good description. It has the "main idea" (somewhat) and it's informative but not TOO informative. I personally thought this was a great book and it has potential of becoming one of the top lgbtq+ books. It contains real struggles for lgbtq+ people and just teenagers in general. Although, I do think there are quite a few time changes in the second and first chapter. For those of you that don't know, a "-" symbole is used for time change. I do believe this was a great book and it started off good.
If you, as a reader, like lgbtq+, romance, realistic-fiction, teen-fiction, or teen-struggles, I recommend this book. I spoke to the author and they informed me that more chapters will be coming out soon but they won't be published on a schedule because of school.
