The Grass Trainer

"Why are we here?" I asked with a sent of tentativeness in my voice as I looked around at the forest that was continually growing before my eyes as we walked.
"We have to get through the woods to Icedrem, that's where our ice trainer lives." Gemone replied.
"Wait don't we need a-"
"-Grass trainer, no were skipping that." Gemone inturupted me quickly.
"Don't we need one?" I asked stopping in my tracks. Thames looked at me, stopped and looked at me sadly and shook his head as if warning me not to go farther. I sighed and he continued walking. I followed his lead until I heard a twig snap. I turned around shaply and looked around. I grabbed Thames and we both stopped walking.
"Did you hear that?" I whispered whimpering.
"Yes." He said and started looking around. I stepped forward.
"Gemone, uh you might wanna-" I was untutored my a Tail waked Gemone off his feat out of nowhere. I ran over to him then lightning struck next to me. I squealed and ran into Thames's arms.
"What are you doing in my forest?" A girl emerged with a dragon holding Gemone up.
"Ummm." I looked up terrified at Gemone.
"We're looking for.....I don't know the trainers name!" I said.
"A.J.!" Gemone yelled.
"A.J." Thames repeated.
"Flash," the girl repeated. She stepped toward us allowing us a better look at her. She had a purple dress with a silver lightning stripe across her. She wore like green leggings and green and white boots. "Let him down." She replied. The dragon I assumed was Flash lowered and then dropped Genome. The girl walked over to Genome and he got up quickly.
"I have a question for you." She said with a smirk.
"Why are you looking for my cousin????" She seamed angry.
"Oh, so your the Delphine she was talking about." Genome replied. The girl I assumed was Delphine glared at him.
"Well," she said. "I'm waiting for an explanation." She rolled her eyes and tightened her black hair in a ponytail.
"There's a team that is going to defeat the evil queen, and we need A.J. for it." He said. Delphine looked at us.
"Water," she pointed to me. "fire," she pointed to me, "lightning," she pointed to Genome.
"Where's grass, I mean I know your getting A.J. and she's ice. But you gotta have a grass like me if you wanna defeat the queen!" Delphine said.
"That's what I said!" I replied.
"Wait, your a grass trainer?" Thames asked.
"Well, yes." She replied.
"Then how come you have a lightning dress?" Thames asked.
"Cause my highest Pokemon is Flash, aka lightning." She said.
"Oh ok." He said.
"How did you get Flash anyway?" I asked as she opened up a pearl white pokeball worse gold trim and Flash leaped into it.
"I received it from the queen." She said proudly.
"How?" I asked.
"Well, you see, I won a competition for Pokemon and I won causing Queen Elma to have to give one of her'a up. And since Flash here was the newest, she gave him up. What she didn't know is that he was the strongest of all of them." She smirked.
"Wow." I marveled.
"I'll lead you to A.J. I guess that's what your here for."
" Oh yeah. " I said and followed behind her.
"What do you think your doing?" She asked me as I ran in front of her.
"Arn't we walking?" I asked.
"Are you kidding?" She asked laughing. "If your going to see A.J. You might as well do it in style." She grabbed Flash's pokeball opened it and hopped on.
"Come on." She laughed. I grabbed on to Thames after she jumped on after Delphine. Genome hung back.
"Come on!" I yelled back. He sighed and reluctantly got on.
"Ready Flash?" She asked as the dragon nodded.
"Go!" She yelled and he flapped his wings heading for the sky. The sun started to set behind the clouds that were shaded pink. I smiled and lay my head on Thames's shoulder who jumped in surprise before putting his arm around me.
