Good day to you, dear humans! I'm O5-4, Dr. Hendrix's good friend, and I will momentarily replace him in this chapter. A while ago, he asked me if I could replace him because the Site Director of Site-98 submitted reports to him. Also, I will be putting here the letter he wrote beforehand.

If you are reading this, I'm sorry that I wasn't the one who wrote this part. Anyway, I wrote this because I want you to know that a containment breach happened at Site-54. SCP-████ is currently on the loose and is being tracked by the Foundation in [redacted]. I advise the people in that city to stay in their homes until SCP-████ is proven to be captured and safely contained. If you notice that mysterious things are happening, don't check it out! Be safe out there!
