Lucky aren't I

STAND BY ME

              It was morning and everyone was up with the sun.  Bright an bushy tailed.

They had to keep walking though.

Louis and Harry sat down by the pond talking while the others packed up.

"The most amazing thing happened last night Lou." Harry said.

"Did it involve Lilli?" Lou asked.

"Of course it did."

"I knew it Harry!" Louis laughed.

Walking for about 2 hours people finally started to complain about their feet hurting.

"I. Can't. Go. Any. Further." Niall said out of breath.

"Me neither" Liam added.

"Guys we have to keep walking, we have to get to your concert which I believe is in five days.  Considering that today might be Tuesday" Dawn explained.

They kept walking on the trail, their shoes dusty.

They came of the trail to a set of train tracks.

"Omg guys the tracks will lead somewhere, we have to follow them."  Lilli said excitedly pointing at the tracks.

"Come on we have to keep walking!" Lilli exclaimed.

They followed the tracks keeping an eye out for passing trains.

They sang the whole way and goofed around which put everyone in a better mood.

"Diana, let me be the one to
Light a fire inside those eyes

I don't think you even realize

"I forgot you had such a pretty voice Lil" Zayn said.

"Well thank you" She said

And they kept singing.

Walking on the tracks for about 30 minutes.

They stopped suddenly.

A large rickety wooden bridge over a huge lake stood in front of them.  The water was about 60 feet down.

"Come on lets just cross what the problem?" Niall said.

"Yea but what if the train comes we'll have to jump!" Dawn said scared.

"It's kind of like that scene in the movie stand by me, but they made it across without jumping." Lilli said.

"If you say so...." Louis said taking the first step onto the bridge.

They had to put their feet on special wooden beams on the bridge because the holes were Big enough for them to fall in. 

Taking their time they made at a quarter on the bridge.  But just then their worst fear happened and a big train turned the corner and headed for the bridge.

"Guys run the train!" Harry yelled.

Everyone looked back and realized that this would be just like Stand By Me.

They all began to run as fast as they could without falling into the water.  Their hearts pounding as they sprinted. My legs feel like jelly as I try to run as fast as I could without getting hit by the train, I kept looking back to see how close it was but that just made me even more scared.

"It's to fast we need to jump in the water" Zayn yelled going to the edge of the bridge.

"JUMP! Are you insane!" Niall screamed.

"Guys we have to jump we have no choice" Liam said.

"It's just like cliff diving!" Harry said.

"It's 60 feet down Harry I can't do this!" Lilli said scared.

"Hold my hand love," Harry said grabbing Lillis hand.

Everybody seemed very nervous it was a 60 foot drop. It's like my legs wouldn't let me but holding onto Harry's hand made it slightly better.

"On three guys" Louis said.

"One!" They all said
"Two!"
"Thr-"
"Guys it's too close jump!" Dawn screamed.

They pushed off the bridge and jumped.  The train barely missed them. 

They felt like they were flying as they look down to the crystal clear water underneath them.

"Wohoooooo!" Lilli, Harry and Niall screamed as the others said nothing.

They plunged into the water, it was freezing cold considering that it was still morning.  The water made a huge splash as the plummet into the crystal clear water.

Coming up for air first was Louis Harry and Liam followed by Zayn and Niall and then Dawn and Lilli.

They all gasped for air.

"Omg I can't believe we did it!" Dawn said while treading the water.

"I know that was amazing I want to do it again!" Lilli said her hair was soaking wet along with the giddier she was wearing which was actually Harry's.

They all swim towards the rocky shore and try to dry off as much as I could before they start walking again. Which was easy because it grew hotter for it was now mid afternoon.

They are perched upon big rocks ringing out their hair or their clothes.  After they were slightly dry they all decided to stay on the rocks for a little bit longer and eat a snack for they were terribly hungry and energized after what happened with the train.

"See? It was kind of like Stand By Me" Niall said sitting next to Dawn.

"Yea" Dawn laughed.

"I suppose you probably want this hoodie back Harry" Lilli said trying to hand it to him. 

"No you can keep it love, it'll remind you of me and all that we went through when we went on tour together" He replies with his beautiful kind smile.

"Harry you're so sweet" Lilli said hugging him tightly.

They all ended the afternoon sitting on the rocks eating peanut butter jam sandwiches and peaches.  They laughed and they talked and they goofed around which was a pretty good start to the day.
So far....

Ooooooooh cliffhanger! I wonder what's going to happen. I'm so excited!!!!!
