Savior - Venti x Reader

  Hello hello friends this one-shot is gonna be a lot of angst and a fluffy ending so be ready! I'm gonna be re-doing the La Signora scene, but this time when Signora takes Venti's Gnosis, we fight her and get it back. However, we get heavily injured in the process... let's see how that went! (Sorry if Venti is OOC here I'm not good at writing, and if you see any she/hers please point it out because sometimes I write those pronouns without thinking)

               3rd Person P.O.V 

              "Y'know, that trick I used to repair the Holy Lyre... I mean the magic I used, isn't gonna hold forever!" Venti said playfully as Aether and [Name] looked at him with disbelief. 

             "Well let's get out of here then I guess," [Name] said, not wanting to be the one caught for Venti's mischief. They dashed out of the cathedral, with Aether in tow and Venti laughing lightly. However, they had not prepared for what was to happen. They saw pools of shadows emerge from the ground after they had gotten out of the place that homed the Lyre Der Himmel, and they quickly morphed into the well-known form of Fatui Agents. They were going to attack Venti, but Aether was already on it and blew them away with his palm vortex. 

              The initial surprise was not allowed to be registered as they heard a snap of fingers and a blizzard of cold rushed towards them. Venti quickly blocked most of the attack, but as [Name] and Venti tried to move they realized their legs were encased in ice. They heard a grunt from behind them and saw that Aether had been restrained by more Fatui Agents. A sinister chuckle was let out, as a menacing figure began to walk towards them. 

             "Ah, at last. Mondstadt's rodent ruler in the flesh," The figure known as La Signora said with malice. "Scurrying through the streets, looking for leftovers.. Mondstadt calls this a god?" She grabbed Venti's face and turned his head up so he was looking at her. 

             Venti was fast to reply, "Resident rodent.. beats invasive vermin-" but he was quickly cut off by a slap to the face. Aether gasped, and furrowed his brows in anger as he struggled against the Agents, and [Name] called his name, voice laden with frustration for not being able to do anything and concern because their friend just got slapped.

              "Don't you dare speak back to me, insolent bard," she growled, and wind started to swirl around Venti and [Name], chipping the ice off of their legs. Signora had decided to ignore [Name] completely, continuing to speak to the Windborne Bard. "Look at you, the absentee archon of Mondstadt.. how impotent you've become." She said with poison lacing her tongue. 

             Even in these situations, Venti, ever-creative, was able to say a comeback. He sneered, "That smirk you wear looks out of place, did you steal it from your master's face?" [Name] had to stifle a laugh, however it was short-lived as Signora lunged towards Venti, [Name] wasn't able to see much of what happened but they knew it was bad. 

             "Should've held your tongue." Signora snarled. 

             An eruption of turquoise light burst from Venti's body as he gasped in pain. "Venti!" [Name] cried, moving their feet and trying to break free from the rest of the ice. They could feel it thawing, they would be freed soon. 

              Signora pulled her arm away from Venti, and he collapsed on the ground with a huff. She held up an aqua item with two fingers, and inquired, "So, this is a Gnosis? Wouldn't be caught dead wearing this ugly thing in public."

              Venti, who was barely on his hands and knees, replied with a strained voice, "Beauty is a waste... when the beholder has no taste." Oh, Venti, you should've stayed quiet.. [Name] thought. Signora turned around with a glint in her eye as she kicked Venti right in the stomach, sending him across the pavement and knocking him out.
