Chapter 4

Klaus was in his car driving to mystic falls to try and get his family back because he was too stubborn to believe he lost them forever. He didn't want to believe that he would never see his son

He realized that he always messed up when she was pregnant and almost didn't get to see his daughter grow up. He thought since it was just a kiss and he didn't sleep with cami that she would take him back and he would get his wife, daughter, and son back.

His sister's wedding was in four months so he had a plan to get her back if he couldn't find her in Mystic Falls since he knew she wouldn't be able to miss her sister in law and son's wedding. He would be with her right on time since she would be eight months pregnant and give birth any day

He parked in Marcel and Rebekah's parking lot of their house and sped to the door knocking on it till they answered 

Rebekah opened the door glaring as soon as she saw her older brother "What the bloody hell are you doing here Nik" She said

"I am here for my wife do you know where I could find her by any chance sister" He smirked at her

"She isn't your wife anymore she asked me to give these to you" She paused and left to get the documents "Here divorce papers, restraining order, and custody papers for Faith and the baby" She smirked back handing the three papers to her brother

Klaus took the papers from his sister and read them all and saw Naya's signature on them already all it needed was his and the lawyers, He looked at he custody papers to see that she got Faith and they would have shared custody of their son 

"It's really over Nik I am sorry, Since she filed a restraining order we have to plan more for the wedding since i do want you there since you are my older brother but it means the wedding isn't in four months anymore, also with the baby's birth you can't be there and someone else will have to bring you him since you and santana can't be near 500 ft of each other" Rebekah explained to Klaus who had tears running down his face "and it says Naya gets Faith since she is 18 she gets to decide who she goes to and she chose her mom even though technically you can't have a custody battle over her since she is an adult but she wanted to stay with Faith until she finished at the school" 

Klaus didn't say anything just sped to his car and got inside speeding off to the Salvatore School to see Faith since technically the custody over her isn't final since he hasn't signed the papers yet
