Y/n pov
Today was yet another day but it was FRIDAY!! Which means I can finally breath for two days, as I was in my own thoughts the teacher said something that caught me "so kids, I am giving you an assignment which has to be done in pair" he said and everyone started to look at there boyfriends and girlfriends, which made me wanna throw up "but. . ." As soon as that one word left the teachers mouth everyone went silent "I will choose your partner's" he said and everyone started complaining including me, I was planning to find some places to work and this teacher gives us assiment great!. Then the teacher started to pair up everyone "kai and Lisa, rose and mark, jisoo and Jennie blah blah" he kept going until "Y/n and Namjoon" he said and I was like 'OH NO, OH NO, OH NO NO NO NO NO NOO~~' it can't be him then he dismissed the class cause the bell rang of course, or else he even keeps going after the bell and say "the bell does not dismiss you, I do!" but because it was lunch i guess, then i dashi run run run to the rooftop, before i could meet any of those bitches. Then soon i was on the rooftop where rarely anyone comes. I sat there and ate some nuts which were in my pocket as I was eating the door of the rooftop opened, I didn't dare to look who it was cause it could be anyone but I hope it isn't those bitches "hey" I heard a voice and I was sure as hell it was none of these bitches and as I look up it was. . .

Namjoons POV
As the class got dismissed I went to the canteen but just because I was new it felt a bit wierd, I was not a social butterfly and I only have few friends, so I thought to go upstairs at the rooftop where I am damn sure no one goes. I opened the door just to be met by a girl sitting overe there 'she won't mind if I sit there right?' I said to myself "hey" I said and as she turned around and looked up well it was Y/n and as she saw me her eyes winded "what are you doing here hmm?" She said "Namjoon, it's Kim Namjoon" I said as she had wasn't able to remember my name "Namjoon" she said "I am new so it felt a bit wierd to sit in the canteen so I came here" I said it all clear "oh. . ." She said "so. . .if you don't mind can I sit here?" I said (a/n: ahh such a gentleman 😩 I can't with him) "ok if you want to" she said as I sat with her and there was dead silence as I eat my lunch and she eats her nuts? But the thing that was killing me was the silence so I thought to break it (a/n: he is good at breaking everything he touches 😂💀) "so we are paired for the project, any ideas for it?" I said "nah I am not good at study and besides I was sleeping for the whole time" she said "you know the topic right?" I asked her "yes, it's chemistry, periodic table. Which is confusing" she said and chuckled "well we won't get enough time at school so. . ." I said a bit hesitated a bit "yup I know so today at who's place?" She asked "you don't mind right?" I asked well just in case 😌 you know "no why would I? I mean we are going to study so I don't mind." She says "wow I just made a friend" I said it out loud "friend?" She says and tilted her head "yes friends, we know eachother now" I said as I smile.

Y/n's pov
As he said that for some reason my heart skipped a beat, I had a friend and he smiled and GOOD GOD HE IS HANDSOME his smile was so pretty and he even had dimples oof kill me.
And then the bell rang "should we go now we will be late" he said as it struck me "but whose place will we do our assignment?" I said "yours is fine I don't want to scare you?" He said as he went out and I followed him and then there were only two periods cause it was Friday and then the school ended.
As I was packing all my books someone tapped at my shoulder as I turn it was Namjoon "should we go?" He said and I just nodded and we went outside of the class together.
Now we were at the side walk and just a few blocks away from my apartment and soon we reached my apartment as I opened the door and told him to get in "sorry my house is tiny" I said "no worry mine is almost the same size" he said as I gave him a pair of slippers and lead him to my room "you can sit here I will just change and come" after that you went to your closet and changed
Your pj

You came out and saw Namjoon sitting down on the floor infront of the small table you had in middle of the room "sorry for the wait" you said as you smiled for the very first time after a long time "oh it's ok" he said as you sat besides him.
(A/n: I am even scared of boys god alone knows what will happen to me 😭 I am a potato 🥔)
"Let's start shall we?" He said as he rolls his sleeves up as I huffed and said "yes 😤" I said and we started.
"So we have to write how many scientists tried to make a periodic table, have to explain the process and then have to write the drawbacks" he said "that's a lot of work we got there" I said and started to work.
After a good 3 to 4 hours of googling things, hunting the text book and using our brains it was time for a coffee break. I and Namjoon were in kitchen I was making coffee and he was taking the mugs out from the top shelf, he reached there without breaking any type of sweat and I to climb Mt. Everest just to get that damn mug. "Strong or mild?" I asked him "no I am strong man" he said "I mean the coffee not your body Namjoon" I said "mild" he said "ok" I said as I made the coffee "I will go and sit in your room" he said as I made the coffee and bought it inside my room and gave him one cup "so how much is left?" I asked "now we just have to write the drawbacks which will be done in a while" he said "let's do it right now only" I said and banged my head on table, and hurt myself as I let out a cry "hey calm down, I can do it alone if you want?" He said "NO! It's a group project I will also help" I said as I looked up "ok then let's get started shall we?" He said and we started to work again. After a long time I felt comfortable around someone, he didn't say anything bad about me, he helped me do the project and even came at my place so I won't feel uncomfortable.
After around 1 hour we were completed and took some breath of relief "FINALLY!!" he said as he layed down "wow we did it really fast" I said "yes we did no doubt in that" he said as I stood up and took our coffee cups in the kitchen as he packs his stuff and then he stood up "y/n would you mind if I use your restroom?" He asked "no, feel free to use it and besides we would crash at eachothers place more often so don't worry friend" I said and he just smiled, and I washed the coffee mugs as I came back I saw Namjoon sitting on the floor reading something, and I sat besides him "what are you read- WAIT IS THAT THE FAMOUS NOVEL I SEE?!" The book he was reading was a book which I wanted to read for a while but I had to save money so I didn't buy it "calm down, and yes it is the famous novel, you can take if after I am done" he said and smiled "thank you Namjoon-ah you are the best T^T" I said and he stayed for a while and then as he was about to go he said "y/n" "yes?" I said "would you like to hang out with me on Sunday? Only if you don't mind I am not forcing you if you don't-" I cut him off "ok I will but where?" I said "I will text you the adress later" he said and he wore his shoes "it was really fun y/n you should also come at my place sometimes" he said "I will next week for the project" I said "wait what?! We are partners in the next project also" he said shocked "yes we are permeant for this year"

Namjoons POV
As soon as she said the word permeant I lost it will be fun to work with her as I bid my good bey and went home it was already 5:30 in the evening but good thing I don't stay far so I reached home before it becomes dark.
