"A New Me"

M/N was with the boys before noticing his fellow trainees walk in,he ran to them and hugged them "You guys are here!Meet our seniors and my brother who is one of our seniors~".San and the others waved with a smile.The trainees started off introducing themselves and everyone seemed to have doubts.Chanyuk smiled "We promised M/N that we would take care of him since he's our maknae,isn't that right?",the boy nodded before getting hugged by the older.

San looked at Jongho "Go ask them the questions",the younger smirked before nodding "What do we do when the maknae keeps messing up the choreography?Do we get angry and degrade the member or teach him what he does wrong?".The main dancer of the trainees shook his head "We teach the maknae what he was doing wrong and tell him to check his movements next time".the older was impressed "What do we say when the maknae messes up his lines during recording a song?".The leader spoke "We tell the maknae that its okay to make mistakes and try again but if it starts to increase,we should help the maknae and help him focus",Jongho and the others looked impressed.San smirked "What do the members do when they see their maknae struggling with things concering anything?",the trainees spoke in unison "We help the maknae with the best we can and make sure he doesn't get pressured over anything!".Hongjoong clapped "One last question before we approve of you guys.If M/N was working harder than anyone else,would you get angry and scold him or be proud of his efforts that he worked on by himself?",the boy and San looked at them with a certain look.Chanyuk answered "We'll be proud of him but we'll tell him to not overwork himself so he won't hurt himself",San smiled "I think we already approve of you guys,I guess we have to introduce ourselves then."

After the group members introduced themselves,both sides were close to each other.M/N eyed San and Changyun with a jealous stare,Seonghwa laughed "Seems someone is getting jealous~".The boy scoffed "Jealous?Who's that?",the second to the oldest trainee laughed before hugging M/N.Yunho and Wooyoung smiled "Since we're all here,how about every member who is equal in position test their talents?",the teen gulped "This is gonna be scary when I'm main vocalist and lead rapper".The vocalists and rappers faced M/N with a smirk,the younger teen's fear slowly raised when he met their eyes.Hongjoong chuckled "I wanna see your freestyle and Jongho here wants to see your vocal range",the younger sighed before showing what they wanted to see.Everyone was clearly shocked at the boy's very long high note,Wooyoung looked taken aback and was about to fanboy.M/N smiled "Chanyuk-hyung,we'll go to our dorm later so pack your things up.I know where it is because its my apartment and its next to our senior's place~",the older and the other trainees nodded before leaving to pack their things up.

M/N turned to the boys "I am worried for what you're thinking about right now,I'm very worried",Mingi had a big smile "We know that you had a dream to be an idol,your older brother told us how much you wanted to be like him".The teen got shy before San hugged him "You are so cute when you get shy",M/N scoffed "Says the person who was about to take away my virginity when you got drunk last week,I still remember how dirty your smirk was when you removed your shirt and saw my cheeks turn red as a reaction.You shamelessly showed your abs to me until I snapped you back to reality when I called your name in a scared tone".Seonghwa laughed "How scandalous!",San blushed before letting M/N go.The younger smirked before walking out the door,Seonghwa smiled as he fell for the boy more.

TIMESKIP

M/N was in the van with the other trainees, he was casually talking about his older brother until they saw that they arrived at the apartment complex.The younger walked out as the other boys were getting their things.M/N smiled before they all walked in.They walked to the apartment door and M/N opened it to sniff a good smell.He and the other trainees ran in and saw that there were some food on the table.The boys dropped everything and went to eat while M/N had to clean their things up.He placed their bags next to the door and reminded himself to tell them to find their room so they could place their stuff inside already.He ate with them and smiled "You guys can go pick rooms so you can already place your things inside.Since we are 6 trainees, 3 in one room because the bed has another bed installed on its base.You just need to pull them out.",the boys nodded "You can go to your older brother for the mean time,we'll keep everything tidy so don't worry".The teen nodded before going to the group's dorm,he walked in and instantly hugged Yunho "Hyung,they're so hard to trust~".San chuckled "That is what we used to feel like but you'll grow out of it eventually,also why are you hugging him and not me?",the younger laughed "Can I hug you if you're wearing a black shirt?I know if you're wearing something like that, it means something bad will happen to me if I went close".The older crossed his arms "As if you haven't had raunchy thoughts about me!",M/N laughed before hugging San.Mingi and Seonghwa felt tensed before noticing San pin the boy to the wall,M/N laughed "I guess you want to help me do my homework,seeing that you're smirking like you want to make out with me".The older laughed before ruffling M/N's head "You know me so well~",the younger giggled "I'm your brother,I have to~".Mingi sighed in relief as Seonghwa was clearly upset.San looked at the older "You wanna help him do his homework?You seem to want to",Seonghwa smiled before standing up "How can I miss such an oppurtunity?He can bring his homework here and I'll help him in my room and Hongjoong can't go in until I finish.",M/N giggled before going to get his homework next door.San turned around while Yeosang looked very psychotic as he held a knife in his hands since he was washing the dishes,Seonghwa laughed "I won't do anything bad to him,don't worry~"

When M/N came back,he was puzzled when everyone looked angry at Seonghwa.He still had his trauma somewhere in his mind so his legs started to shake,Yeosang instantly came to the rescue and hugged him.The 15-year-old was not yet completely healing from his pain that he managed to ignore while San knew why M/N felt scared.The teen looked into Yeosang's eyes "Did something b-b-bad happen?",the older shook his head before smiling reassuringly "Nothing bad happened,don't worry".M/N nodded before feeling Seonghwa walk to him,he took his hand and walked to his room with him.San sighed "I know you want to know why he reacted...its because our parents were surrounded by angry men in black suits and got shot by one of them..and we were unlucky to see the whole thing happen..",Wooyoung bit his lip "That's why he kept his depression a secret....to keep the bad memory to himself so you wouldn't have to remember it as well".San nodded while Mingi was looking at the door to Seonghwa's room as he thought : "I feel so scared for him...I wish I was there with him.."
