"Papa can you tell me the story of how you met mama?" Asked the oldest of the 2 Ramos children. Maya was now six and she had a little sister who was 3 called Amelia but they mostly called her Mia.

"Mia, do you want to listen to the story as well? Anthony asked pulling his daughter into his lap.

"Yeah!" She said forcefully nodding.

"Okay, get comfortable little ones," Anthony instructed. Maya climbed onto the couch with a little help from Anthony and Mia just snuggled up into Anthony's chest. Anthony gave the girls a quick kiss on the forehead and started the story.

"So your mama and I met when we were doing a play, about this very famous man, Tío Lin was in it and so was Uncle Daveed, Auntie Pippa and Auntie Nae Nae and a lot of your aunties and uncles," Anthony started

"Papa, was Aunt Jodie in the play?"

"No Maya, good job for guessing but Aunt Jodie is one of mama's cousins, mkay?" Anthony said

"mkay," Maya agreed.

"So mama and I met when we were reading our scripts, you know how when me and mama go on movies we have to read this paper well that is what we call a script,"

"papa, when mama and you kiss?" Mia questioned giggling softly once Anthony tickled her stomach.

"At first papa was very scared to talk to mama because your mama was so amazing! But then Tío Lin introduced me to mama and then I took mama out for lunch,"

"Did you and mama have pizza for lunch?" Maya curiously asked.

"No princesa," Anthony chuckled.

"¿Entonces que obtuviste?" Maya asked

"We had Thai food, your mama's favorite," 

"I like pizza better," Maya concluded.

"Then after me and mama had lunch, I gave her a kiss, then we went out more and we went on picnics."

"Papa, I-I like picnic!" Mia squealed as Anthony bounced her on his knee.

"Do you Mia? Should we go on another picnic near the park tomorrow?" Asked Anthony

"Yeah!" Both the girl shouted.

"What happened next papa?" Maya asked obliviously intrigued into her parents' love story

"Then I asked your mama to marry me and we got married in the summer and then we had two most beautiful children in the whole world!" Anthony explained. The girls were quietly giggling at Anthony's loud expression. Suddenly, the door opened and Jasmine walked inside.

"MAMA!" Both the girls shouted and ran into their mother's arms.

"Well hello my loves, seems like you had a fun day," Jasmine said.

"Yeah, Papa told me and Mia about you and Papa met!" Maya explained

"Oh did he?" Jasmine asked.

"Yeah I did," He said getting up from the couch and over to where his wife and daughters were, he pecked his wife's lips softly.

"I love you so much," Jasmine said, quietly,

"I love you so much more, and you Maya, and you munchkin," Anthony replied booping Mia's nose and kissing his wife's forehead.

"How did I ever get so lucky?" He whispered.
