Subhadra and Lekha turned to see Viraj  in full irk.

" Dreaming some other man  than
your fiance is prohibited in my kingdom!", Viraj looked at Subhadra in frown.

" I haven't dreamed of anyone ",she said in a low voice twisting the end of her duppata.

" When did the Kalingga Princess started telling lies ?", He smirked.
She  eyed down and gulped nervously.

"Is the habbit inspired from your Bua and her family?He asked.
Subhadra glared at him in anger.

"I see, you have so much of emotions for that persons, who was responsible for the  demise of your parent's and who haven't even cared to look back at you all these years ",he asked callously.

" Not at all! I don't have any feelings for them!", subhadra's eyes brimmed with tears.
Viraj smiled evily.

"Well!, I want to know something else from you putri"he said glancing at her.
"And I know how to make the truth come out  from your lips", Viraj said with a smile.
Subhadra looked at him confusly.

Viraj snapped his fingers and ordered the soldier something. The soldier nodded and left.

After sometime, the soldier came with a man,whose hands was tied.
Subhadra was shocked to see him, it was the messanger whom Shravya passed her message to Prince Sanjiv.

At the next moment Subhadra saw Shravya entering with fear on her face. Shravya came near Subhadra and looked at her panickly.

"Mmm...now tell me, why did you went to Maitraka?",Viraj asked as he locked his hand over the messanger's neck.

" I went to give the scroll to Prince Sanjiv as per the princess's order. Please spare me Maharaj! ", he cried trying to get rid of Viraj's hold.

" Prince Sanjiv ! Which princess of Kalingga has got so much of courage to do this?" Viraj asked glancing both Shravya and Subhadra.
The messanger kept quiet looking at the princesses, who stood frightened.

"If you don't want  to go to prison, then tell the truth!", Viraj asked tightening his grip on the messanger's neck.
Shravya and Subhadra gulped.

The messanger lifted his head and glanced at the princesses in helplessness. His gaze was fixed on Shravya, as she was the one who have passed the scroll to him.

Subhadra noticed it and saw Shravya's face which was full of trepidation.  He was about to say Shravya's name while Subhadra interrupted,

" It was me who send him to Maitraka!", Subhadra looked at him with moistened eyes.

Viraj looked at the messanger for an answer, he looked at her and nodded in an Yes.
Shravya gulped in fear.

Viraj let him free and ordered the soldier to take him.

"So it was you Subhadra? Prince Sanjiv! Now tell me,why did you sent him the scroll?", He shouted at her.

"Because I like him!, Please don't let that king jairaj to marry me", She looked at him with pleading eyes.

" If King Viraj has decided something, then there's no change in it. You will marry king Jairaj ! That's final. ", He said coldly.

Subhadra was about speak something, while Viraj stopped her.
" I don't want to hear anything! Prince Sanjiv is nothing before my sword. Now let me see how he can stop this marriage!",he smirked and left from there.

Lekha went near Subhadra and wiped her tears.
" Is it true what I heard right now? Do you like Prince Sanjiv?", she cupped subhadra's face.
Subhadra nodded her head slightly.

" Are you sure putri? Is he perfect for you?",Lekha asked with concern as she doesn't know him that proper as
She always thought that Arjun would be best for her.

"Yes Mata, I know Prince Sanjiv. He will surely take care of my jiji", Shravya calmed Lekha.
Lekha hummed.

"Don't worry! Everything will be fine. There will be a way out",Lekha whispered and hugged Subhadra tightly.

Arjun and Sanjiv was on their horse, heading towards Kalingga.
On the way Sanjiv noticed Arjun's gloomy face.

"Is anything wrong mithr?", Sanjiv enquired seeing his friend's state.
Arjun shooked his head in response and faked a smile.

" I have heard that your family is not in a good term with Kalingga.", Sanjiv asked looking at Arjun.
Arjun hummed.

" Some family issues and clashes", arjun said desperately.

"So, you will be knowing Princess Subhadra right?", Sanjiv asked smilingly.

" It's been years Sanjiv, I have seen her when she was small. And never saw her again ,when we departed from Kalingga.", Arjun said and remembered the past happenings.

"Then she will be very happy to see you again after a long time", Sanjiv said excitedly.
Arjun faked a smile as he know what will be the consequences .

"Well, I want you to promise me that you won't reveal who I am", Arjun asked forwarding his hand to Sanjiv.

"Why? What's wrong? ", Sanjiv asked astonishingly.

"You know, our bond with Kingdom Kalingga is not so good. Please, promise me", Arjun asked eyeing down to his hand.
Sanjiv sighed and kept his hand over Arjun's hand.
Arjun smiled.

It was nearly twilight when they reached at the outskirts of Kalingga.
Arjun get out from his horse and took a deep breath examining the view of Kalingga.
He always wished to come here since his childhood for catching the hands of his beloved princess. But now, his dreams has started to get vanish slowly as the time proceeds.
His imaginations broke out, his expectations shattered, he sighed at the reality.
