Leaving Home (Chpt 2)

    I laugh and video call Tommy, he quickly picks up.

"Y/N HELP" Tommy screeched, hurting my ears. He turns the camera to his own face, wearing his baseball tee as usual.

"WITH WHAT? ARE YOU AND TUBBO OKAY?!" I frantically ask

The camera quickly turns to Tubbo, who's driving. 
He rolls his eyes and says, "We're fine y/n. Tommy made me take a wrong turn and now we're lost in your huge neighborhood that's all."

Tommy now on screen, I can see the anger in his eyes. Oh god  I think, and automatically lower my computer volume

"I DID NOT GET US LOST TUBBO YOU WERE DRIVING. HOW WOULD I HAVE MADE YOU TAKE A WRONG TURN YOU-" Tommy gets cut off by Tubbo 

"Is that Phil's car?" Tubbo points ahead and Tommy zooms in on the car.

I recognize the hardcore heart on the back and say, "That's definitely Phil's. Tommy add him to the call."

"Don't tell me what to do" Tommy says, adding Phil.

This time Ranboo answers, and looks very confused

"Hello?" Tommy and I say in unison

"Y/n Phil's lost. " Ranboo says "I knew Techno shouldn't have let him drive"

Tommy complains about not being greeted while I explain directions to them.

"Hey by the way, where are Will and Niki?" I ask, realizing I hadn't talked to them yet today

"Phil and I just were talking to them, they said they're basically at your house." Techno says from the background.

                                                        -------Time Skip to Everyone Has Arrived-------

I turn off my computer and grab my bag. Taking one last look in the mirror, I really take everything in. I'm going to be seeing them. I mean *really* seeing them. I can hug Tommy and Tubbo, I can look up at Ranboo and Will (god they're going to be tall), I can hug Phil and NIki, it's going to be the best. The noise of a car horn brings me back to reality and I run downstairs

I see everyone except Phil and my mom waiting in the living room.

"Oh my god." I say stopping in my tracks, "You're really hear" I can feel myself start to tear up

"Nononono don't cry n/n you're gonna make me cry too" Tubbo says as he runs to hug me

After a short time I can feel Ranboo join the hug, and soon Tommy, and then Wilbur and Niki join. That was literally the best hug in the world, and no one will change my mind.

"Y/n you are quiet a bit taller than expected. Please shrink." Tubbo says 

"They are not that tall Toby" Tommy says, obviously unimpressed by my height

I look up to Ranboo (my god that boy's an enderman), who had been bent over with his head on top of mine for a while. I think that proved mine and Tommy's point.

"Well you didn't have to say it like that you can just call me short" Tubbo said, making a pouty face

"Oh my god is that a switch" Tommy asks

"Tommy no my bags stuffed we can play animal crossing in the v-" I get cut off by the sound of my bag unzipping and the classic animal crossing music. I scoff and sit next to Tommy to watch him play

~~Phil Perspective~~                                                             for character backstory sparkle sparkle
As I loaded Ranboo's bag into the van, I noticed Y/n's bag was missing and so are Wilbur and Niki's. I assume they're catching up inside, and I decide to give them a few minutes.

I hop in the van and make sure everything is in there, going through my checklist. Thinking out loud I say, "Techno said checklists are stupid but I personally think they work fantastic" Still checking, I hear y/n's mom say, "Checklists make plenty of sense" and get startled. I accidently drop what I was putting in the cabinet, causing an avalanche to fall down on me. 

"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry I didn't mean to scare you Mr Minecraft" Y/n's mom says, mocking y/n

I get up and brush myself off, slightly embarrassed. 

"That's alright" I bend down to pick up one of the cans I had dropped, and notice she's helping. It'd be rude not to start a conversation, so I find myself asking random questions, eventually coming to the kids.

"Y/n can really be a hastle sometimes, but they're a real bright kid" Y/n's mom says, practically glowing when talking about her 

"I haven't had a kid personally but Wilbur growing up was insane. That kid was a train wreck, I have no clue how he could even keep his head on" I say, finally putting away the last dish "I'm really happy for y/n, they found something they loved and dived themself into it. They are an incredibly talented person" 

Y/n's mom smiles a replies," I know. They're so much happier now."

I check the time and realized we should have left hours ago

~~Y/n's Perspective~~

"Tommy stop bullying your villagers" I said as Tommy smacked Rodney for the third time that day

"I hate Rodney. I don't know why he would decide to come here" Tommy said, calmer than usual. Maybe animal crossing was a good idea. 

I get up to repack my bag, now strewn across the floor and notice the time. Tubbo and Ranboo, who had taken over my setup and were playing Minecraft, came downstairs and were now talking with Wilbur and Niki. "Tommy come on we're leaving soon" I say, practically dragging him off the couch. 

I think they're talking about Wilburs newest song.

"Well during the recording Niki kept distracting me with this dog toy she had in the studio" Wilbur said as Tommy and I walked over

"I didn't realize you could hear that Will" Niki said, laughing

"Why did Niki have a dog toy in the first place" Tubbo asked

"I bet she brought Zuko and used a dog toy" Ranboo said, grabbing a soda from the fridge

Niki looked shocked and asked, "How did you know?"

Everyone laughed and heard the horn from outside. I grabbed my bag while the rest of them headed towards the back door. "N/n? Are you still in here?" My mom asks, poking her head through the door. "Yeah mom, Tommy went through my bag like a racoon for the switch, I'm coming." I said, zipping my bag again. Then in a split second my whole life flashed before my eyes. I realized I was really happy. I mean, really happy. "Y/n are you coming?" I heard Niki asks. 
"Yeah Niki! Yeah, I am" I smiled and ran out the back door
