The striped wooden floors crackled everytime they were struck. The door opened with a creak, inviting a powerfull beam of sunlight, to illuminate the drear cellar. The golden candor of the sun diminished as soon as the curtains drifted. Very little light escaped and entered the room through the curtain. The room was hollow, with not many things. A slightly broken chair, that made a cringey plangent. On it was a boy seated with black hair. His dark orbs, seemed to flutter. Black ambience fluttered and spread around. He tried to lift his eyes that felt heavy. His beard stricken face twitched and he mustered," Who are you? And why does this old man look, even older than this horrendous basement."

"Cut it off slick. He's our master." Raged Riza. Her brown eyes swimmed with fumming anger. Her cascade brown hair were tied to a sleek-high ponytail.  The golden shoulder bracelets, shimmered in the dark gridle. She drove out her sword that lingered near her waist, pointing towards his throat.

A stick struck her forearm. The old man thundered," Work with your anger Riza. Is this what I taught you?"

"No sensie. I am sorry." She mumbled an apology glaring at the partly unconscious boy. The other two present there, gazed at him with suspicion. Mia's brows inclined looking at the boy's jested face. She was wearing a white knee length trousers, over which was a lustrous silver skirt that dazzled even in the darkness. Her hair tied to a messy bun with few strands playing over her face. Her green orbs twinkled with dismay as her lips twirled in grimace.

"Jade, take Riza and Mia out of here. I want solace."

"Yes sensie." Jade complied. He eyed the  two ladies to accompany him outside. Jade's illuminating red eyes showed his vacillation. He wore a red trouser with a yellow armour that reveled his masculine body. His sharp features were no  match to his competency with sword. His hair colour was black, the same as that of his sword that hung past his waist.

They left the room without a trace of sound. They had been practicing since five years and now mastered their elements. Their intense training fetched them their sword, revealing what element they wield. Being one of the best exorcist, they were mostly out on missions, helping people from curses-mythical monsters that crave human flesh. The more they eat, the stronger they get and the more turn into curses. If a human turned into a curse, they had to exorcise them as well. They had no mercy for curses.

"Riza, try being a little modest infront of sensie." Muttered Jade, while walking.

"Do you think I am going to do what the fire head says." Spat Riza.

"Don't you dare call me a fire head you ballistic racoon." He fired back.

They charged on each other with their swords, when Mia intervened. With  irritation in her voice she spoke," Back off both of you. And stop fighting like kids and grow up. What is it that you have against each other?"

"His face." She spoke.
"Her attitude." He muttered.

"Yet sensei paired both of you together as a team." Mia playfully replied.
