It was Ron and I's 1 month anniversary since we had been dating, we were quite affectionate but not in a touchy way. What do I mean you ask ? well, We had been dating for 1 month and in that time, we hadn't kissed or anything, we liked each other too much to need to touch each other in that way, that didn't mean we didn't want each other, it was that we didn't need to touch each other to feel whole.

People knew we were together but they always said that Ron and i didn't like each other that much as we never touched each other, there were many roomers about one of us being disgusting, depending on the house it would change for example, Slytherins thought Ron was the problem and Hufflepuff's also but Ravenclaw's thought he didn't want my body

I prepared for our first kiss to be today, it would be special. 

I walked to the great hall with Katie Bell and sat down at the table and ate. I saw Ron walk in and sit down and decided to go up to him. 

I stood up and walked to where he was sitting, I put my arms around his neck and hugged him from behind. I kissed his cheek and saw red appear on his cheeks " Happy One Month Ron " I said happily

" Happy one month ( Y/N )" He said giving me a kiss on my cheek before pulling me down to sit next to me

" You guys are so cute " Hermione Said looking at our affection

" thanks " I said giving her a smile

I kissed Ron on the cheek and got up to go back to Katie. 

It was time for classes to start and I waited outside the great hall for Ron to come out so we could walk to class together. Once He saw me, a smile grew on his face and he came up to me and intertwined our fingers and kissed me on my cheek before we walked to class.

The rest of the day was similar until we went to lunch. I sat with Katie and Alecia and began to eat whilst they looked at me

" What ? " I asked looking at them staring at me

" Really ?" Katie questioned like it was obvious

" What ? " i asked confused 

" You and Ron have never kissed, whats up with that ?" Alecia Asked

" I don't know, i guess we just don't feel the need to " I said before grabbing a roll from the middle

"well, I think it's about time you guys did more than hold hands and kiss each others cheeks like an old married couple " Alecia said with a raised eyebrow

" What do you suggest ? " i asked

" I don't know, flirt, tease him " Katie said

I got up from the table and looked at them questioning their judgment. I walked up to where Ron was and sat beside him.

" Hey " i said with a smile

" Hi " He said finishing his lunch

once he finished eating... finally, I decided to take Katie's advice. the hall was almost empty apart from 5 or 6 students from each house. 

I took his hand in mine. " You ok ? " He asked looking at me confused

" Yeah " I said sweetly rubbing his hand" I'm with you " 

" Are you sure you are ok ? " He asked

" I already said yes " reassuring him

I got on his lap, straddling him and threw my arms around his neck, pulling him closer to me as he hesitated but eventually put his arms around my waist, pulling me closer. We sat like this for a while, even though people were looking at us weirdly, we didn't care.

It was nice to feel close to him

" Not that I don't love this but, why ?" He asked

" I don't know, you are warm, cuddly " I said before throwing one of my legs around him, to get up but he pulled me back down so i was back on his lap

" I don't think so " He said with a smirk.

His eyes flickered from my eyes to my lips asking for permission which I nodded at. I pulled my arms around his neck, closer to me as he moved his hands from my waist to my cheeks and pulled me in. Our lips met and he felt so warm. It was passionate yet sweet, not rough, it was full of love. His tounge moved across my bottom lip, asking for an entrance which i immediately granted and our lips moved in sync.

After a minute or two we pulled away and held each other in our arms for a while in a cosy, sweet embrace.

We looked at everyone around us which they just started at us in awe or disgust, Harry and Hermione were shocked we both did that, as we were both naturally really shy people.

He put his arm around my waist and walked to class together, looking up at each other once in a while with a smile. We were smitten for each other and I think Snape noticed.

" get your hands off of each other and get to class " Snape snapped in his normal monotone voice

We laughed and ran to class hand in hand.
