Vortex's dragon form is 28 years old while his skeleton form is 12.....now I know you might be confused so let me tell you the story.
Vortex was killed in his skeleton form at a young age...but became he's half dragon he came back to life after a few years had passed....His dragon body kept aging while his skeleton body remained a child. That's why he has two different ages.
