Chapter 9

* Abigail's pov *

"So you are coming for how long?" I asked Kim on skype, she had finally started planning the visit and booked the plane tickets.

"3 weeks and 5 days, don't ask why about the random amount... She continued on like she had read my mind, "I have some thing planned three days after I get back, some wedding or what ever, I don't even know the people but my dad does. I mean I don't want to go and..." I completely zoned out on what she was saying, I was too busy texting Luke.

He kept on asking when, what and how we were going to tell Beau and Jai. It may sound like a simple thing but we had to explain how we didn't want any one to know properly so the didn't say any thing.

"Abigail!" Kim said for (What I think was) the 15th time. "Wha?" I smiled with a clueless look on my face. Then I got another text, Luke: I like you lots!xx . I giggled.

"Oh, your texting some one, who is it? Is it a boy? Do you have a boyfriend? Who is he? What is his name? What does he look like?..."

"Whoa, Whoa,  Whoa calm down. I'm sorry but that's none of your business!" She looked at me, I was quite glad she wasn't actually there in the room with me because I was pretty scared. She looked angry, her face was almost as red as her newly dyed hair. I was pretty annoyed for her dying her hair again, this was because she was allergic to hair dye. But no matter how much I told her, she kept dying her hair, this was probably due to the fact that she hated her natural hair colour.

She was mad at me because we promised never, ever to keep a secret from each other.

So I told her, "You can't tell any one at all, or I will kill you! Literally!" I made a pretend gun with my hand and faked shooting her, I took a deep breath and prepared for the reaction. Then told her.

"Oh my God! Poor Beau I think he really likes you..." She sighed, this was really starting to bug me now. 

"No he doesn't!" I nearly shouted. I texted Luke back: Why do you say 'I like you' all of the time?xx

He replied straight away: Because I'm waiting for the right moment when we both say 'I love you'...xx

"Awwww!" I sighed, then went back to talking to Kim "Tell no one! Promise?"

"I promise."

Kim had to leave soon after that, it was about 11 o'clock and since we were 11 hours ahead (and it was midnight over there) I only skyped her quickly so I could spend the rest of the day finishing or my room, Luke and Jai were coming over to help, but I didn't know why Beau didn't want to when I asked him. First we went to a shop to buy paint and other things, while we were in the area we decided to do a little shop. "So what colour do you want your room?" Jai asked holding up a pot of pink paint up, suggesting that I have a look at the one he was holding.

"Oh! No! No! No!" I covered my eyes. "Not pink!" I hated pink. Well, not really hate it, I just really disliked it. The worst kind of pink is light pink, eughh, even the thought gives me shivers because it is just horrible.

The reason I think it is horrible is because I am not really the girly type, I will wear a pink colour, but only a dark/hot pink. Even from the clothes I was wearing that day, anyone could tell I am not really a 'girly' girl. I was wearing dark skinny jeans and a superman top on, it was blue, a colour I adored.

"What's wrong with pink?" Jai looked surprised.

"I would rather gouge my eyeballs out with a plastic spoon than have to look at that kind of colour!" I turned and pointed at the blue section to show them that was the kind of colour I was looking for. Once we chose a nice dark blue paint we decided to look for some wallpaper too.

"Hold on a second you two, stay here I think I saw some just along there!" He pointed around the corner the ran off.

As soon as he turned the corner, Luke grabbed my hands and made me turn to look at him. "This is the only time we have had alone since we played fifa last week," I smiled as I remembered that day, then we read each other's mind. However I was thinking slightly different. I hugged him as he went in for a kiss and I head butted him in the mouth. "Oh my god! I'm so sorry!" I said over him swearing loudly. I hugged him to make him feel better then tried to cheer him up after nearly knocking out his front teeth.

"How about I kiss it better?" He liked the idea of this.

This time we both went in for a kiss. The kiss lasted quite long, a little to long. "What the fuuuuuu..." Jai shouted, to shocked to finish his sentence. He dropped the wallpaper that he was holding and his mouth was amost an O shape.

So let me have a minute to process this," Jai said his hands on his head, "You two have been secretly dating behind every one's back, even kissing, what I want to know is how long has this been going on?" He was aiming this at Luke.

Jai was asking us a lot of questions when we came out of the shop. Although we did answer a few, Jai wasn't all that surprised. He said that he thought that we were quite a good match which is a bonus to Luke's good looks. After Jai had found out enough information so that he was comfortable with the fact we were together, we went back to shopping. We walked past a bunch of boys who went to my school, standing in a big group at the end of the road. I felt quite scared walking past them.

In the 'group' there was Finn (Who now that I thought about it, Kinda ironically looked a bit like Finn Harries?), the boy who I was talking to after school the other day, and his girlfriend. Jessica, stood there. "Abigail!" I heard some one shout from the group. It was Finn, he waved to me and- Being the nice person I am- I waved back and smiled. The girl with dyed bleach blonde hair and face caked in make-up didn't look to happy with him or me.

"Hey! Slut!" She screamed at me. I spun around and frowned in dis-belief. Then it all happened so fast, she was in front of me before I had done a 180 degree turn to look at her. I was on the floor in seconds as she pulled at my hair and even tried to strangle me! Over protective much!

Luke and Jai pulled her off, the Finn shouted at them "Keep your hands off my girlfriend!"

"Well why doesn't your bitch of a girlfriend keep her hands off MY girlfriend, then maybewe would have to touch that filth!" Luke screamed while adding a couple of swear words in here and there.

Luke took his sassy-ness to a whole new level. Ouch, burn...
