Poem 43 {Brand New Love}

Crash.

Tackle.

Wham.

That's what I'm feeling here standing near you.

You're sending butterflies swarming through me.

I'm surging with so much energy.

And my heart is thrashing.

You're making me dizzy and giddy.

I'm lost in your eyes, and all I can do is blink,

I'm so mesmerized.

You're making me sing

And you're making me blush.

You're making me smile and giggle.

That's right giggle.

Your making me shiver as you stand near me,

And I tremble as I try and compose myself.

Thud. Thud. Thud.

That's my heart, it's getting louder.

You're sending me flying

And I'm feeling weak in the knees.

Your making me sigh

And you're making me spy.

I can't look away and I can't help but want you be right there.

You make me laugh, you make me feel.

I'm falling fast, and that's no lie.

Your getting me tangled up

And I'm handing my heart over with ease.

It's like I'm hypnotized.

You're amazing.

You're funny and sweet and your eyes shine bright.

I'm starting to think whether you're seeing me right.

Me?

My breath is lost as you talk to me,

And I stand full of desire.

You're sending me on this roller coaster baby.

And all I can think as you take me up so high is love.
