Ruby and I are in a dust shop, and I'm looking at dust while she is looking at comics. I purchase some dust, and then I go back to Ruby
"Alright, I'm ready," I say, and she looks at my bag
"Woah, that's like 1000 lien worth of dust. How much money do you have?" she says
"Well, Dream gave me 7.5k, so like 6.5" I say
"Wait, Dream gave you money. I thought he hated you," she says
"I wouldn't say hate. I'd say we just don't see eye to eye," I say
"Gimme all your dust, and no one gets hurt," a voice says, so I turn to see a dude in a suit
"Where do you get off talking to me like that" I say then pull out my gun intentionally miss my shot then I shoot him twice once in the chest once in the head then Ruby drop kicks him out the window

"If it were up to me, you two would be sent home with a pat on the back and a slap on the wrist," she says, slapping her riding crop on the table in front of us
"But someone wants to speak to you two," she says, then moves out of the way, and a man with grey hair walks up to us
"Ruby and (Y/N) Rose. You both have silver eyes, " he says
"Where did you learn to do this?" he says, then plays a video of Ruby using her scythe
"Signal academy," she says
"They taught you how to use one of the most dangerous weapons in the world," he asks
"Well, one teacher in particular," she says
"What about you (Y/N)? I see you have two swords, but you chose to use a standard handgun with no modifications. Why is that?" he asks
"Because I'm not that proficient in sword combat yet," I say
"So what are two kids like you doing at a school designed to train warriors?" he says
"I don't actually go to one of those and no offense, but I'd argue I already am a warrior," I say
"What is a warrior to you then, and why does it apply to you?" he asks
"A warrior is someone who is willing to lay their life down for what they believe in without hesitation. Now, if a warrior is morally correct, it is another conversion, but I wouldn't take the title warrior from someone just because they are a villain," I say
"Then give one example of you showing those traits," he says
"My favorite example is one where I would have to quote L'manbergs leader Wilbur, but I was standing at Wilbur's side when he said to Dream 'Independence or death. If we get no revolution, then we want nothing. We would rather die than give into you and join your country'" I say
"Do you two know who I am?" he asks
"Yes/no," Ruby and I say at the same time
"My name is Professor Ozpin. I am the headmaster of Beacon Academy. Would you two like to come to my school? " he says
"I guess since there's nothing better to do," I say
"More than anything," Ruby says, then Ozpin turns to the woman from earlier, and she gives a disapproving hmmph
"Well, okay," he says, then Ruby gets excited
"Ey Rubes can you wait outside for a bit? I want to talk to Ozpin in private real quick," I say, and she leaves
"Can Ms. Goodwitch stay, " he asks
"Well, I don't care for her as much as I do, my sister, and she is mature enough to take care of herself, so I don't care. Anyway, you absolutely reek of magic," I say, then pull out my gun in a predetermined response to Ms. Goodwitch threatening to use her Riding crop on me
"Goodwitch, calm down. It's okay," he says, and she puts her riding crop down
"I'm guessing my son told you," he says
"Who is your son?" I ask
"Dream is my reincarnated son," he says
"He did tell us about magic but did not tell me about his father," I say
"Did he give you any magic?" he asks
"Yes, he gave everyone from the Dreamlands magic," I say
"What did he give you?" he asks
"He gave everyone two extra lives, so I had a total of 3 lives," I say
"Had?" He says
"There's a reason we don't like Eret in L'manberg," I say, then I get up
"Well, that's all I wanted to discuss and judging by Ms. Goodwitch's reaction this is something I need to keep a secret," I say
"Please," he says, then I exit the room
"Alright Rubes so you can tell Yang and Tai I want to tell mom," I say
"Are you sure you said you didn't want to see her grave?" she asks
"I think it will be in my best interest to just accept that I will never have any memories with her so I should just talk to her one time before going to beacon" I say the Ruby gives me directions to get to Summers grave so I follow and see a tombstone in the ground
"Hey, mom. I'm back. I didn't know there was anywhere to go back to, but I guess I was lucky enough to come here first try. Maybe you led me here who knows. I've had an eventful life since you last saw me. I helped lead a country to independence and got betrayed... multiple times. I don't know why I just can't hate him. I'm telling myself, 'he betrayed you. You have to hate him,' but I just can't bring myself to hate him. I helped build a country for him. Had Dream came to me and said, 'I'll unbanish your father if you kill Tommy or Wilbur.' I would have done it without a second thought. I would have hated betraying my closest friends, but for my father, I would have done anything. And no disrespect to Tai im sure he is a great dad but Schlatt is the one who cared for me for almost as long as I can remember so I'm more comfortable calling him my dad then someone I just met. the reason I can just call you mom is because I had no mother figure ever in my life besides you for however long I was with you. Oh, I should probably tell you Ruby and I are going to beacon two years early, so I hope you are proud of us. I should probably go. I love you mom ill talk to you hopefully soon, " I say and walk away. Then I feel a presence behind me, and I turn around to see nothing.
"Goodbye, mom," I say and walk in the home

"This is the best weekend ever first my long lost little brother returned, and now my little sister, my little brother, and I are all going to beacon together," Yang says, hugging us tight
"Okay, sis, you can stop," I say, then she lets us go
"But I'm so proud of you two," she says
"It's nothing," Ruby says
"I wouldn't say that much Rubes we made him run and if fighting in a war taught me anything its that if you make them run you won the battle" I say
"You fought in a war," they say
"When I said I helped build a country from the ground, it wasn't without conflict," I say
