chapter nine

Jaden's pov;

It's been two days since I kissed madison and it's been two days since I saw her. I've been busy working on my next concert, I also have some meetings to attend. Let's just say I'm not happy. I stayed up all night wishing my life was at least normal. And madison. Her damn smile picturing in my head. I decided to take a week off to spend with my friends and family.
*on the call* (josh) (Jaden)
Hey man, I was wondering if you wanted to go to the cabin by the beach
Beach house
Yeah yeah, whatever, any way you want to?
Yeah, I'm down, I've been wanting to leave anyways. Bryce and Addison are fighting again and it's annoying.
Damn, are they going to be okay though? You know how they are. They fight, break up then get back together or makeup sex. Either way, they're together.
Yeah, you ain't wrong there. But you can't have a say in that, charly and you were the same. Until. You know.

After I found out Charly cheated on me with my best friend Tayler, I went into depression mode. I knew we had our differences but I loved her, well I did. It took me a year to get over her and that's when I decided to make music. My mental health was terrible and I wanted to let others that they're not alone.  That wasn't the only reason, I grew up around music and always dreamed of becoming a singer. I do rock or pop, depends. I was freestyling and my best friend, josh, loved it. He was always by my side since I was 16. He made a YouTube channel posted a lot of videos, that's how tracks found me.

I've been saying your name for the past five minutes.*laughing* you've been thinking a lot lately, you good man?

Is it because of that one chick, who I have not met by the way?

I hang up on him. I don't need him to ask me about her. I want her unknown from everyone because all of the girls I am friends with, my supporters aren't that well. It's annoying actually.  I just want her to not experience all the anxiety I do. I just want her to be happy.
* a couple of hours later*
After millions of conversations with myself, I decided to go pick up Madison and take her driving. I just want to spend time with her.

Mads pov;

Jaden just asked me if he wanted to hang out, of course, I said yes. I've been questioning myself since we kissed, it was amazing, but he never contacted me these past two days and I was beginning to think he just did it for fun. I don't know much about him, only that he's the most famous singer out there. It's been about ten minutes and I decided to wear a black dress that goes to my knees and wear my hair up in a bun.
Jaden and I are now in his car listening to music, he told me that he's been busy and apologize for not contacting me sooner. It was honestly sweet.
"Okay okay, what happens if you just forget the lyrics while singing? Or your voice cracks? Is it embarrassing?" I asked him, we've been making each other questions to somewhat get to know each other, in a way.
"Sometimes, but honestly you just get used to it and make it seem like it was like that.. But the voice cracking, I get tagged in a lot of videos about it and my best friend makes fun of me for weeks about it" he said laughing. I couldn't help but notice the little happiness talking about his best friend, which I think is Josh he's talking about. I don't know much about him, but he seems sweet. "That's funny. So it's your turn now." I told him. He was thinking for a little bit until one came up. "How do you know charly Jordan?" He asked me. "She was my best friend growing up until she moved to LA. We lost contact and haven't seen her until I moved to a college dorm. She was at this little store and I happen to be there too. We talked and got each other's information to see when we can hang out next." I told him, I couldn't help but notice a little panic in his eyes when he had asked me the question. "If you don't mind me asking, why do you wanna know that?"

Jaden's pov;

Charly never mentioned Madison to me, so it was a little shocking to know they've known each other long. She wanted to know why I wanted to know, but I didn't want her to know about that, not yet at least. " I was just wondering," I told her. We continue talking and laughing bout anything. This is what I wanted, she makes me feel normal and I like it. I've been smiling so hard my cheeks hurt. "Do you mind if I take a picture with you and post it on my Instagram?" She asked me. "Only if I can too"

We took a couple of pictures and went into a little place to take mirror ones. She went in front of men and I couldn't help but grab her ass, what? I'm a guy with a girl who has a great ass. We decided to get something to eat and call it a night. I want her to stay the night with me. "Why?" She asked me. Wait what. "What is it?" I asked her. "You said you wanted me to stay the night with you," she said laughing. Damn it. "Uh yeah" I clear my throat, "I meant to say that more to myself," I said chuckling. "I would like to, if it isn't weird, I always wonder what it would be like in a famous person's house." She said smirking. Fuck. Shit. That was hot, why was that hot. I was used to this kind of talking but she just made it perfect. Everything she does is perfect." We better get going then"
