IZUKU'S POV
Izuku: great, great, my sister is out there with some prehistoric monster in her head and I can't help but think that they're probably killing people right now!!!
Dean: dude, can you just calm down for a second okay. Crowley said that there's a wall between her and the leviathan, it hasn't fully corrupted her
Izuku: yeah well, I'm going to go find her
Dean: Izuku, you can't be serious, she might've spawned god knows how many leviathans and from what we read about them, they could be anyone. Even the ones you trust
Meanwhile somewhere in a bank
A group of three pro heroes and civilians walk into the bank, lock the doors and tell everyone to get into the vault, since they were pros they thought nothing and thought there was a villain attack and they were telling them for their safety.
Once they got inside the vault the pro heroes looked at the cameras then used their quirks to kill the civilians. When everyone was dead the pros walked out of the building and took out their phone, dialed a number and a woman was in the other side of the line

N/L: good, any survivors?
l.pro hero 2: none boss
N/L: good work, have yourselves what ever you want - - my treat

NAOMI'S POV
When the police and pro heroes arrived at the scene, they checked the cameras to see what happened, they see three heroes kill a group of civilians and arrested the pros (real versions) and revoked them of their license, they didn't have a trial, they were just sent straight to prison (will be explained)
The leviathans, or Naomi's children, as Levi likes to call them, have been replacing powerful people across the globe, and are able to hinder hero organizations and make society loose trust in heroes
When Naomi was walking , somewhere in an alleyway a purple misty portal opens up and a man walks out and greets himself to Naomi and tells her to come with him, she obliges and walks into the portal where she ends up in a bar with someone else sitting there and a tv with someone but couldn't make out any features of them
???: hello, you must be Naomi Yagi, correct?
Naomi: that is correct, and you are?
???: my names Tomura Shigaraki, we have been watching you and I have to say, you'll make a fine addition to our little group, so what do you say. Will you join the League of Villains?
