Dean: last I remember, we killed Naomi/ Alpha Leviathan

Damian: and where would she go in death?

Dean: wait. Are you telling me-

Damian: every soul here is a monster

Dean: we're in purgatory?

Izuku sees a sign reading

Izuku: USJ

NOW
DEAN'S POV

Dean is fighting for his life in purgatory, killing monsters like vampires, werewolves, djinn, wraiths, and leviathans. It was been two weeks since him and Izuku took down Naomi/ Alpha Leviathan and he ended up going to purgatory when she died

Dean: damn it, Izuku where are you?

Meanwhile in the real world
IZUKU'S POV

Izuku is hiding behind some rubble while the heroes in training are fighting villains in different areas in the USJ, he didn't know what to do, he couldn't just expose himself he would either get killed by the villains or get captured by the heroes, he had to come up with a plan but before act out his plan, two people saw him and recognized him and sprinted at him

Izuku: hey guys uh, let's talk about this okay

Random villain 1: *sharp teeth like fangs pop out his mouth* a hunter!!!

Random villain 2: fresh meat!!!

Izuku realized that these are in fact a vampire and a ghoul, so he unsheathed his wrist blade he still had on and decapitated the vamp, and got out his shotgun, loaded an actual shell and headshot the ghoul

Izuku: just great. Deans not here and I'm somewhere in Japan and I'm not only fighting monsters but ones that work together

He then smells the scent of sulfur coming from behind him

Izuku thought: demons too?

He then sheathes back his wrist blade, takes out his demon blade and throws it at demon hitting it in the chest. He pulls the knife out and gets on guard and sees how many monsters there are, he knows that some are probably attacking the students, he wants to get their attention but not want to draw any unwanted attention or to be recognized by the heroes. So he steals a bandanna that one of the monsters had on and takes out a pair of goggles and puts them on, and puts the hood he had on over his head. After that he gets up from his hiding spot and yells out

Izuku: I'M HERE YOU SONS OF BITCHES!!! COME AND GET ME!!!

The villains that were actually monsters turn around and see Izuku and start sprinting towards him, he loads his shotgun and pistol and gets ready for a fight

Izuku: alright who brought the marshmallows, cause I'm bringing the fire

Izuku shot a few demons with devil's trap bullets to immobilize them and used the demon blade to kill them. He then used his lever-action shotgun to shoot a ghoul, he spin cocks the shotgun and shoots a djinn and stabs a silver blade into its chest

He then unsheathed his wrist blade and sliced off vampire's head off. A werewolf was about pounce on him but he was quick enough to dodge its attack and he killed it by throwing the silver blade to its chest. A leviathan was able to land a hit on Izuku but because of his inhuman training he had much endurance so it barely fazed him, Izuku then threw borax at it and chopped its head off and kicked it so it won't reattach back to its body
