Chapter 2 the ballroom

im gonna try and post atleast one chapter a day if not every other day, all because of school and lots of work but enjoy chapter 2

"what the hell-"

me and George were freaking out and we didn't know what was going on. "who are you" George asked, "y/n!" the mystery guy said as he pulled me into a tight hug. i looked back at George, i saw him backing up little by little, staring into my eyes, i could tell he was terrified. "uh- sorry but who are you?" i asked "y/n, how do you not remember an old friend" as i looked at the guy more he looked so familiar but i still don't recall knowing him. "i-im sorry, but i don't know you" i said, i was so scared

who is this guy? what does he want, how did he know my name? why was George so scared? he was never this scared before...

"oh c'mon now y/n, do you not remember, we would always mess around together, get into trouble together"  those words he was saying, they all sank into my head as i was trying to remember as he continued "we played kings and queen together, i would fight by your side no matter what, do you remember now?" he said. 

i looked up at him once again, seeing his smile, his pretty brown eyes, how could i forget....

"ERET!!!' i screamed not to loudly we were in a store. i lunged and gave him a huge hug, "i knew you would remember" Eret said as he chuckled. soon we let go of each other, i looked back at george and he was still so terrified "george this is eret, ive known him for years" "uh- h-hi, im george" "nice to meet you george" they shook hands "hey eret, we are doing a party for nikki tonight at wilburs house i can bring you if you want" i asked, the more people the marrier right.

"sure" he said, we started to walk around looking for more stuff for dinner. as we started to head to the car after paying when we got to the car i got a call from wilbur, "hold on i gotta take this i'll be back in a minute" i walked away and awnserd "hey wilbur whats up?" "y/n when are you guys gonna be back i gotta get nikki in 5 minutes!!" he said, he sounded very nervous "were loading up groceries now we'll be home in a little bit" "ok hurry up" we said bye to each other and i started heading back to the car

As i got into the drivers seat i looked over and saw eret next to me. i gave off a smile and started to drive home

once we got home everyone was so happy to see eret, well except for dream, he was mostly excited to see george. as we unloaded everything we hear nikki and wilbur coming in the house. as we were giving hugs and greeting something popped in my head out of nowhere

the killer is still out their, we don't have a lot of time till he gets to his next victim. what if he trys to get one of us? what about tommy and tubbo their just kids

i tried to get these thoughts out of my head and just try to enjoy the party for nikki while we can 

2 hours later~

"ok guys go get your suits and dresses on were going to the surprise" wilbur shouted, i was so excited, me and nikki ran upstairs and got our dresses on.

once i finished nikki went into the bathroom to finish her makeup when i heard a nock on the door, "come in!" george walked in and shut the door behind him, "hey george what's up" i ask "do you have a skirt or something i could wear?" he asked "of course i do" i walked to my bag and grabbed out a skirt, a girls got to be prepared "this should fit you" i said sending a smile towards him, "thank you" he said sounding sad "mind telling me why you sound so sad and scared" i asked while he looked at the skirt on his waist 

"i-im just worried that dreams not gonna like me wearing something like this" he said, i walked up to him and gave him a huge hug, "george, you know dreams loves you no matter what, he wants to see you in a skirt, theirs no denying it"  i let go of george and gave him a smile, he smiled back "ok thank you y/n" "anytime" he walked out into a different room, nikki came out of the bathroom looking stunning, "you look amazing nikki" i said, look at her twirl around in her pretty soft pink dress "thank you" she said as she chuckled 

when nikki went downstairs i went into the bathroom to check my makeup, i didnt have anything special on just some blush and eyeliner i walked backwards to see myself in the standing mirror. i twirl around looking at myself in the mirror, i was wearing a dark red dress with black lacing and ribbons around the torso, along with some red gloves "guess this really dues suit me" i said to myself

i walked downstairs and every one was ready "you look amazing y/n" eret said "thanks" we were waiting on one more person, goerge, i started hearing footsteps coming down the stairs, i looked up and saw george, with the above the knee skirt i gave him and a black shirt, high socks and heeled black boots, "you look stunning george" dream said, blush running across his face, "t-thanks" 

we walked out the door to a limo outside, me and nikki gasped and ran to the limo, we all hopped in and got settled "so wilbur, where are you taking us?" i asked "you'll see" 

5 minutes later~

i looked out the window to see a huge and beautiful castle like home, with string lights, and people every where "here i got you all masks" wilbur said giving each of us a eye mask "this is a masquerade ball!!" i said looking at nikki, we all were shocked that wilbur did this just for nikki

we all got out of the limo and walked up to the door where lots of people were, i saw one guy in particular he was wearing a red and black suit that matched my dress

that's really weird, who even is that guy

i thought nothing of it eventualy and started to enjoy the party with nikki and the others, 

30 minutes later

i've always loved string quartet music, as the song started playing everyone was dancing with someone, even eret found a boy, i walked up to a waitress and got a drink, and stood at the side lines of the party. as i was watching everyone dance someone swiftly grabbed my drink away from my hand, i looked but no one was their.

suddenly someone grabbed my wrist and pulled me into a crown of people, i looked at the person, it was the guy from earlier, he wearing the black and red suit that matched my dress, he wrapped his arm around my waist and the other one holding my hand.

who was this guy? what's going on?

as the song played we were dancing, when i noticed he looked familiar, like someone I've seen before but then i notice his eyes....

it was my enemy, the killer...

my eyes widen and i gasp, but he could barley hear it cause of the loud music, he starts twirling me around with everyone else in the ballroom, my gown was whipping around, skirts fluttering everywhere, he was staring at me with a coy smirk playing on his lips, god i wish i could just smack that smile right off.

as the song starts to die down, he sets me down onto my feet and i see something shiny in his hands, my mouth dropped when i realized he had my dagger that was strapped against my thigh, i always carry a blade with me just in case, i was planning on killing the guy when i saw him, or try to paralyze him to i can take him back to HQ to talk.

"you know if you wanna kill me love" he says slowly, his lips moving against my ear as he leans in to whisper it "you're going to have to try a little harder. I'm not going to make it easy on you" he said, his breathe was hot against my ear, i heard every word.

he moved away and put his fingers under my chin and his arm still around my waist as he continued "no matter how hard you try princess" with that he moved his hand away from my chin and lifted his mask and winked 

then he disappeared into the crowd...
