Kody Virginia Beach , Virginia 3:00am Repeatedly tossing and turning in my sleep was all I managed to do because I kept hearing shuffling noises downstairs and that shit was unusual in my crib. One loud noise out of all of em made me jump outta my sleep like I was dreaming and apparently my jumping must've startled GiGi cause she rolled over to check on me.
" Koda you okay baby ? " She asked wiping the sleep out of her eyes to adjust to the darkness in the room.
" H- hell nah , I kept hearing shuffling noises downstairs. I think somebody or some niggas might be in or around the house. " I whispered to her so whoever was in the house could hear us.
" What the fuck are you - hold up. " She whispered cutting herself off as she stood up from the bed.
I watched her every move as she walked towards the walk-in closet eyeing the safe behind one of the doors with a mirror that apparently no one would know was there unless you really paid attention or if somebody was actually being nosy all up in our shit.

She unlocked the safe with no hesitation and grabbed the silencer gun along with the bullets to it and loaded the gun as fast as she could. Afterwards she cocked the gun back so it could be ready to use if necessary as she tiptoed towards the door still hearing the noises from earlier.
Snapping myself out of my trance , I reached towards the bedside table on my side of the bed and grabbed the pistol that was already loaded and ready to use , I cocked it back putting one in the chamber as I stood bedside GiGi with the gun in my hand.
" You ready mama ? " I whispered to her ready to see what was going on downstairs.
" Ready to ride papa. " She whispered back to me with a wink and a smile.
