to sum this book up, Beautiful Dirty is my own rendition of the webtoon and K-drama, True Beauty. i really liked the plot, but the story wasn't going the way i wanted it to.
i don't want to list all of the reasons why i don't like it because the plotline deserves a thesis of its own (but even then it would still be a waste of time).
my main complaint about True Beauty was the main character Jugyeong/Jukyeong's character development-or lack there of. the male leads, Suho and Seojun, have gone through growths after they graduated high school. but Jugyeong is still the same, insecure girl who's also a huge hypocrite.
to satisfy myself, i took matters into my own hands and made Beautiful Dirty.
