Tate's paws shuffled her blanket nervously, she knew Raven could fight, but Fireball never fought like that, she glanced everywhere, cats were purring together in harmony, like every string of the harp warmly touching into the soft hands and streaming a peaceful noise, a purr rose in her throat thinking about the beautiful levels of strings, she paused for a moment, the thought of Fireball and Raven viciously fighting each other dancing through her head, she looked next to her kennel, Raven sat in her bed, her fur still bristling from the fight, she hung her paw up to the glass, hoping it would be a signal for Fireball to see her,

"Fireball, please answer me," she said quietly, silence rose in her ears, "come on, you can't be that angry," still quietness, her gaze sterned, "Fireball, I know your there," she paused, waiting for an eager response from the cheerful boy, she turned to Raven's kennel, "please, talk to me, I need you two to make it up to each other,"

"no way Tate, that idiot will never trick me into apologizing," Fireball boasted, the young girl's eyes blazed with anger, "don't just ignore each other just because of a fight, we must get through our fights, and learn to corporate," she echoed, Raven's ears pricked, she looked back at Tate, "this is the best you got,you are a gravy girl." Raven scoffed, Tate unsheathed her sharp claws, "it isn't dumb Raven, these are my words, and I say apologize," she hissed, she heard Fireball sigh.

"your words are wise young Tate, but why her?" He asked, "you need to get along, make Raven feel better, how she feels about you," she softly whispered, Raven stood up and stretched her legs, "okay, this will not be easy Fireball, b-but, I'm sorry,"

"well, me too," the ginger boy said, Tate nodded happily, "I'm glad you two got everything under control," she said reassuringly, "yeah, now that that is out of the way, it's time for breakfast," Fireball nodded, "agreed," this is perfect. Tate rustled her paws gently, here you go Tate, eat up, Tate Street he'd her eyes wide, soft slop was propped into a bowl,

She jumped up with excitement, the bowl even said her name! She gulped down a mouthful of the food down her throat, before taking a second one, she heard Raven take a deep breath, "Tate..." She looked over her shoulder to see the girl with nervous eyes, "I-I saw you blush when I was speaking to you," she whispered, Tate was surprised at how gentle she sounded,

"Lets get to the point, do you like me?" Tate's chest hollowed, her heart pounded, "well, um...maybe, I guess," she stammered while speaking, "really?"

Tate's face turned bright red, "yes, I'm sorry, the light was beaming on your pelt, making it look as silky and soft, and your eyes were like a patch of spring trees sprouting like fresh flowers," she shook while speaking, a small stream of salty tears rolled down her face, "hey, your okay, I respect that," she was so kind, she smirked, "well, I like you to, Gravy girl," Tate chuckled, face still wet with tears, "lets keep this our little secret," Raven paused,

"Hey, Gravy girl, I hate you," Tate nodded, "I hate you too."
