"How was you night after I left?" I asked her riding my penny board down the sidewalk along with her. "Me and Cameron told everyone to get out because the next door neighbors were about to call police" she paused. "Anything else" I asked. She shook her head no.
We walked into starbucks with our boards in our hands. "I'll have a mocha frappe" the lady had bright green eyes with burgundy hair. "What's your name Hun?" She had a blue sharpie in her hand. "Mae". Of course, they always spell my name wrong. I mean, I would kinda understand.
Jen order an iced coffee, we sat down at a table by the window that shows a view of the beach. "Wanna go?" She turned her head in excitement. "Yes" she hopped out of the seat waiting for me to get up. "Come on" I think I began to regret what I said about the beach.
We walked up and down the shore looking for sea shells. She found one that was orange and white. "Isn't this one pretty?" She asked grabbing a random shell off the sand. I nodded. "Are you okay?" She looked at me. "Yeah, I think I'm hyper."
"You think?"
"Am I that hyper?"
"Yes"We decided to go back to Cameron's to get my car.
She got in on the passenger side and turned my car on. She flipped to the station she wanted to listen to and then started singing.
"and j have loved you since we're seventy."I started to hum. We got to my house and we headed to my room. "Can we take a nap" she asked sounding exhausted. "I nodded and climbed onto my bed and fell asleep with Jen
