Chapter 1

Walking up to the entrance of Alfea, Valerie felt a small tinge in her chest. She would have to leave her baby sister here and that doesn't feel good.

Deciding to leave her sister on her own to find Stella and find ms. Dowling's office herself she's on her way. A bit too quick, seeing as she ran into a man. A man with quick reflexes, seeing as he caught her so fast.

"Careful, love, don't want you to get hurt." "I'm so sorry, I wasn't really paying attention." Valerie responded. Then she looked into his eyes. Oh god what a beautiful eyes he had. He was staring into hers as well but his thoughts were a bit different. He thought about how he had finally found her. His soulmate. God was she beautiful.

Mystery man helped her up but he still had his hands on her waist when she was up right. "No worries, love. My name's Saul Silva." "Valerie Peters, my little sister Bloom goes to school here." "Ah the girl from the First World?" "If that's what you mean by earth, then yes" she laughed. "Stupid question, but are you also a fairy?" She continued. "No, love. I'm a specialist. The headmaster to be exact." "Oh wow, look at you then. Mr. Important." She joked. "It's mr. Very important to you, love" he cheekily shot back.

A bit away from the flirting couple stood Sky. Looking at Silva in disbelief. "What are we looking at, mate?" came the sound of his best friend's voice from behind him. "Silva having game." Sky stated. "No way, move!" And then Riven saw it too. The hot brunette talking to Silva and definitely enjoying it. "You think it's his mate, Riv?" "I hope so, at least he would then be distracted enough for me to go smoke" looking at his best friend with a straight face he asked him if he was serious. "This is a big deal Riv, he's been waiting for her for so long." "Yeah I know, you hopeless romantic. Want to interrupt them and ask?" "No!" He yelled which the couple heard as well.

Breaking out of her trance, Valerie told Saul she had to find headmistress Dowling to discuss something about Bloom. Stating he would show her the office the two left, Saul's hand on the small of Valerie's back and her not minding it at all.

Arriving at ms. Dowling's office, Farah was surprised to see Saul with Valerie. But not for long when she saw the way Saul looked at her. She was his soulmate! "Well, love, I'll leave you to it." Saul said, a bit pained that he had to leave her.

"Headmaster Silva, you can stay if you want. Perhaps you can show ms. Peters around the Alfea grounds after." Farah quickly said, not wanting her best friend to have to leave his soulmate. "I'd like that, mr. Silva" "Please, call me Saul, love."

While talking about the plans for her little sister's education, Valerie noticed she unconsciously leaned more into Saul and he definitely did not mind. Wrapping his arm around her waist and pulling her even closer, she smiled a little.

"I think there is something you two need to talk about in private, so I'll be out in the hallway." "Thank you Farah" "what is she talking about, Saul?" Valerie asked, pulling away from him slightly.

Turning her around so she was looking at him, he smiled a little at how she was the perfect height for him. He only had to lean down a little if he wanted to capture her lips. But first they needed to talk.

"Farah was talking about our situation, love. You might have noticed my urge to touch you at all times and you not minding it at all." Blushing a bit, she nodded. "Well, love, that's because you are my soulmate." "Really?" "Yes love, and I am so glad to have finally met you." "Can you tell me a bit more?" "Of course. So, a soulmate in the Otherworld is the perfect match for a person. He or she is their missing piece. They would both do anything for the other and don't like to be without each other" "but how do you know that you are soulmates?" "When you look into your soulmate's eyes, it's no longer gravity holding you down. It's them. And you would do anything and everything to make them the happiest person in the world." Tearing up a little, Valerie said "that sounds so beautiful." "Not as beautiful as you, my love."

"But, what does this mean? I mean, I'm from the first World as you call it and you are from here. How would that work?" "I'd love for you to come live here with me, my love. Hopefully soon as my mrs. Silva." "God you are a smooth talker, aren't you?" Valerie joked. "Only for you, love." "Why do I feel so safe with you?" "Because of the bond my love. It is not as strong for you as it is for me, but it is still strong. If you were to go back to the first World you would get weak until we are together again." "I guess I don't have much of a choice then, do I?" She asked him a bit uncertain.

"You always have a choice, love. If you want me to visit you frequently in the first World I would." "But you will be hurt if I'm not here." "I only want what's best for you love." "I'll stay. What other reason should I need than to be with my soulmate?" She smiled at him. "I'm glad you think about it like that love. Would it be too soon if I asked you if I could kiss you?" "I'm surprised you didn't ask me sooner" she responded while leaning in.

Just as they were enjoying their first kiss a ginger girl entered the office. "Oh my god Val! I do not need to see that" Quickly pulling back she turned around in shock that they got caught by her little sister of all people. "Uh Bloom, what are you doing here?" "What am I doing here? What are you doing here? And who's that?" "Hi Bloom, I'm Saul Silva, headmaster of the specialists and your sister's soulmate." Looking at her younger sister sheepishly, Bloom looked in shock before smirking at her sister.

"Nice to meet you mr. Silva. I have so much stories about dear old Val here." "I swear to god, B, I will kill you if you tell those." "Now, now, love. We're just trying to get to know each other." Saul smirked at his soulmate. "Also, please call me Saul while we're in private, Bloom. Let's save mr. Silva for in class." "Or for Val in the bedroom" Bloom mumbled. "Oh my god, B! Stop!" Valerie screamed turning red again. "Maybe we should, love" Saul whispered in her ear.

"Okay, I'm leaving. Bye B. Saul." Valerie said rushing out of the office. "I'll get headmistress Dowling for you, Bloom. And then I'll join your sister." "Saul, is she going to stay here?" "I hope she is" he smiled at the younger ginger. "You'll be good for her." Bloom stated happily. "You seem to make her really happy and you only just met." "I hope I do, Bloom, thank you" Saul smiled, happy his soulmate's younger sister approves.

Now off to find his embarrassed soulmate.
