In Far From Home Peter buys a necklace in the shape of black dahlia. This happens to be MJ's favourite flower - they say it is because of the "murder".
The Black Dahlia murder is one of the most famous unsolved mysteries in American history. The body (that has been divided into two parts) of 22-year-old Elizabeth Short was found in a vacant lot in southern Los Angeles in 1947. Though the LAPD investigated 150 suspects, no one was ever formally charged with the crime.
To this day, it is not known exactly who killed Elizabeth and what the reason was.
