Elena.

"Wishing isn't foolish Draco, wishing is being human, is being a true Wizard or Witch. Do you know how many Muggles wish they were us...wish that people like us existed?"

My skin boiled.

Amy and I exchanged looks as Blaise, Pansy and Derrick appeared by our side.

I smirked at my cousin's face as I lead the line to the the Owlry entrance.

"Draco." I barked, watching him looked up, as we all entered the room, two by two. Pansy locked the door behind us as we all stood, confrontationally.

"Yes?" Draco tilted his head a little as he pulled himself onto a desk and took in all of our faces.

Derrick Goyle, the one I forgot to mention, is Goyle's cousin, he is also one of the newest Deatheaters and his role is basically the same as mine, to ensure shit doesn't go south.

Their flirt tones shifted into a echo in my mind as a memory shoved itself into my head:

I watched as he rose and grabbed his bag, he was about to make an attempt to leave - I say attempt because of what happened next. I found myself rising with him and catching his wrist before he could get out of arm's length.

"What is El-"

He was cut off, by me.

My lips against his.

We hadn't really spoken since then, and I couldn't help, but feel as if - almost - like I had been cheated on or played.

Was Blaise right?

"What's this with Black?" I inquired after a few moment so silence.

Blaise moved towards Draco and pulled himself onto a Desk near him to face the group as well. The others started to get a little comfortable, now that the silence was broken, the body postures relaxed.

"What's what with Black?" Draco shot back, shrugging as he looked away form me. "I'm only doing what I'm told to do -"

"- looked like a hell of a lot more than just your fucking job." I almost shouted, pointing at him as Amy took my arm to hold me back.

Draco's face flushed red, "Are you fucking jealous?"

"Yes." giggled Blaise from my right, Draco's left, and I glared over at him as I noticed he was laughing at my actions.

"I'm sorry Elena, but I am only doing my job." Draco explained, sliding off the desk. "Now, what exactly is your - "

I lost it.

I shoved him back against the desk.

I wasn't not going to fall into that category as Draco's ex, or 'sloppy seconds' as Blaise calls them.

"I know about my own mission, I know about your mission, I know about Amy's, Blaise's, Derrick's and Pansy's! I'm not a fucking idiot, Malfoy!?" I spat, attempting to insert some sort of dominance as I felt a tug on my robes.

Amy was attempting to pull me away from Draco, to break up the tension.

She was turning out to be a huge help - no sarcasm intended.

I allowed Amy to pull me a way, straighten my robes out and I grinned as she stepped way, but remained by my side - to give me my space.

"So, what is this thing with Black...?" questioned Blaise as Derrick stepped closer to Draco now, obviously intending on joining the conversation.

"Well, I have to keep my reputation in tact this year, right? I mean, if I don't..." Draco started as he stepped passed Derrick, which triggered Blaise to slide off the desk he sat on and the three started towards the door. "...people will definitely start talking..." Draco unlocked the door and proceeded to step through the doorway.

Pansy kicked herself off the wall she stood on as the guys exited the room.

"I hate it when they do that." smirked Pansy, moving to face myself and Amy.

"This is bullshit!" I screamed, kicking the stack of cages that sat on my left.

BOOM!

CRASH!

"Fuck." gasped Pansy and Amy in unison, catching their chest at the startle.

"Black..." I growled, looking over at Amy.
