Before you shift, there's a few things you need to do.
1. Make sure your room is clean. If it's clean you are more likely to be able to imagine it as your room in your DR. Having a clean room also eliminates stress.
2. Manifest success. Manifesting has helped me so much in my life, and it improves your shifting process. I use the 369 method. This is how to manifest.
a. Write out your name 3 times (eg. Aspen)
b. Write out the intention 6 times (eg. Live in my dream reality)
c. Write out the action 9 times (eg. Shift reality when I fall asleep)
I use this for a lot of things and it works 95% of the time.
3. Clear your head. I do this by meditating. I'll link my meditation website at the bottom of the page. You want to clear your head so you can concentrate completely on shifting and your DR.
4. Read through your script. This is pretty self-explanatory, just read through your script a few times before you begin the process.
IMPORTANT NOTE!!!
DO NOT SHIFT MORE THAN 2 NIGHTS IN A ROW! Shifting is too mentally exhausting to do more than twice a week, three times maximum. Try not to shift on school nights.
