Nose!
Nose was all I could see. My hands still on his chest and his lingering breath that fell on my lips.
Close! We were too close.
I clasped my hands tightly on his collars. No one made any move. We just needed a small push, a small sense of strong breeze and our lips would collide but too sad, all the windows were closed and so was the door.
I didn't dare look up and nor did he force me to. My heart was beating at an inhuman speed. His was as well and I could hear it loud and clear which also made me sure that he could hear mine too.
"Taebear, we're playing games, do you both want to join?" We heard Jin hyungie's voice followed by a knock.
We both detached ourselves from each in a blink of an eye and he moved towards my window and looked outside and coughed a bit while I gulped and stared at the closed door for a second.
"Taebear?" He asked again, knocking.
"Y-Yes! Y-Yes we will j-join." I replied back a bit stuttering.
"Alright, come soon." I heard him reply and the footsteps that followed indicated that he left.
I stood where I was and didn't even have the courage to speak another word. He didn't look at me as well.
God, this is the real definition of awkward.
"Jungkook--"
"Taehyung--"
Shit! Could this get more awkward?
"I think---I think we should go downstairs." Jungkook said avoiding eye contact and walked towards my bedroom door.
Immediately, I caught his wrist and he turned towards me still looking at the floor.
"Jungkook---I---we---I---" I started but just fumbled with my words.
"Let's just go down." He completed my sentence and caught my hand to slowly remove it from his wrist.
My cheeks tinted pink and I looked away from him.
He has an amazing and strange effect on me and I don't know why but for the first time I don't feel scared and I feel special.
No! I can't let these feelings get to my heart. The last time I felt like this, I was in trouble, huge trouble that the scars are still fresh.
"We should." I said mumbling and followed him as he opened the door and walked out.
"Joon, you have no idea but I am a pro at this, just watch and learn!" I could hear Hyungie's voice loud and clear from the stairs.
"This is your sixth try on this game, babe." Hyung replied.
"What's happening?" I asked now coming into the scene looking at both Hyungie and Hyung bickering.
"We are trying to basket this small bouncy ball in that small tea cup but it has to bounce perfectly on these black pebbles." Namjoon hyung said pointing at a busy Jin.
"That's quite difficult?" I asked with raised eyebrows.
"No, it's easy." Hyungie said.
"That's you saying it after trying for ten times and still not getting it." Hyung replied.
"It will go in soon." Jin hyungie said.
"Babe, if you sit on the table and try to do it like that it won't happen, you're shaking the table." Namjoon hyung tried reasoning.
